Hello Lizette! I have been doing one of your videos just about everyday for the past 8 months. My body has become so much stronger and I can see the transformation in my muscles! I've mostly been doing the 25-35 minute videos but hope to try some of the longer ones soon. I just love your yoga routines! The flows are so smooth, there are some poses I've never seen or done before, and your voice/demeanor is so lovely. Thank you for your beautiful work! Starting the day with you has transformed my life! : )
Hey Lizette, your Vinyasa sequences are my new found obsession. You do it with so much grace. They are perfect for me since they are challenging yet doable (except for the chaturanga. But I'm practicing everyday so I will improve)

Good sequence ! I love your video because they're intense (for me) and I feel stronger after ! But for some reason I can't do the bridge pose, my arms feel soooo weak. I train every day to do it but I can't lift my head off the floor. This annoys me, I don't know what to do to get my arms stronger, any advice ? :)
