Thank you! I just did this sequence for the first time. I'd been watching the U.S. impeachment trial coverage and felt my muscles tighten like shrink wrap. This sequence helped loosen me right up and get me back to a neutral mind.

Thank you Lizette, I was looking for a yoga flow to substitute my ashtanga practice for today, as I don't have much time to practice. This level of difficulty is absolutely fine.
Great class, than you, I enjoyed very much. As a fellow yoga teacher and also someone with lower back issues, the only thing I would recommend is to come into three legged dog or another extension before coming into low lunge/ half hanuman. I felt this was noticeably missing and my back really felt it! Everything else, I thought was great :-) Thanks again.

You should work both, going down with heel flat on the floor to work on ankle mobility and going down with the heel up to work on hip mobility. There's no right or wrong.
Must say not a very smooth flow. Some of the sequences were very fun and interesting but it felt jerky through the transitions. The sequences and vinyasa did not connect in an intuitive way which is not very conducive for a moving meditation when you need to stop and reorganize your body. Mandala flows are amazing but I think the secret in making them great is concentratating on body position at the end of each sequence and moving the flow around the mat in a way that is suprising and challenging but physically makes sense and is smooth and seamless. Overall I'd say great ideas and concepts that need to be refined. I hope this can be taken as constructive! Keep practicing, namaste 🙏
