The figure looks amazing. Just wish the cape was made of Cloth.
I prefer the Mafex line for Dark Knight Returns. I imported the standard Black and Blue with Robin 2 pack recently and I think they look much nicer for being based on the Frank Miller's "ugly" designs if that makes any sense. lol
Of course they're more expensive but well worth the money. I think McFarlane's take is merely ok. The length of the legs in proportions to the body does look off to me.
I prefer these, but the Mafex are great too. More accurate, more expensive, more fragile.
Great review of a great figure. And just a heads up, but some of the WWE basic figures in suits use a bulkier body that might work even better for that custom.

Keep in mind his hair would be scrunched under the mask so the proportions are ok
That would make the mask bigger not smaller
@@dHuntersReviews but what I’m saying is in the real world his hair would be sandwiched between the mask/helmet and scalp, granted he and I are the same age as in the comic right now and he has more hair than I do but hair will sit flat unless it’s a lot of hair.
The proportions are realistic.
It was like that for me with my helmets in the military as well.
I realize the mask could compress his head so it's possible.
