Percy Jackson (book version) stomps. I'm glad too because I like The PJ books and it's side/ sequel books a little more than the Harry Potter series
Percy From the Movies wins. Percy from the Books overkills. I mean in the books he fought against Ares and won when he was 12 without any training, He's resistant to magic when he fought against Carter Kane. He's fought like 2/3 titans by himself and won. He fought against Polybotis and won with a statue God helping him. He can control Blood as well. Percy from the books overkills. Percy has dodged bullets before.

Percy has sword abilities, and Riptide can also deal with spells. And, though this is just guess and opinion, I would say Percy's gotten possessed so many times he can resist magic better. Also, Percy can control any liquid, including poison and blood, and use it to heal himself. He's a demigod, and has quick reflexes, agility, and ADHD. Harry only has his wand and wits, and I feel like Percy can outsmart him. Percy could also slice through his wand and leave Harry defenseless. So, all in all, Percy would kick Harry's collective behind.

i think it's simple just becasue percy can take harry's wand to make him surrender, but harry can't do the same (and even if he could, he can't take percy's powers away)
I don't think this makes much of a difference for harry because percy is literally demi god of the sea but couldn't harry use a spell to breathe In water or something like that like I said still don't think that would really help him but just something to note
It was proven in Goblet of Fire that Harry does not know of such a spell but had to eat gillyweed.
