Unfortunately I dont have a toon nor time + a site for it. The big thing about why this site does so little damage is low sig and AB for speed tank, raven will need a sizeable tank and be more prone to ganks. Probably doable but not worth the investment to math it out in my opinion.

In the description I list a bunch of stuff I keep in my cargo. Part of that is the travel fit. Swap in the lows, rigs, sub system and cloak. Use either a friendly structure or a depot.

I don't understand why splitting the launchers. Can you explain, please?

It has a passive shield regen, I split the launchers so it spends as much time at 0 shield as possible so it has less regen overall. It doesnt make a massive difference but it helps a little.

Been awhile since I did one but if memory is correct it takes about 45 - 60 minutes. Its not the fastest out there, marauders can easily blits them faster however I like the safety that T3C provide in terms of refits and travel, you can also always resell a T3C fully with 0 loss of money since you can repackage rigs and other stuff.
You can also technically take the time to refit to polarized in the last room once you are out of the web if you are careful.
