It's just that honeymoon teams seem to be supeior in cs2. No one being able to anti strat you seems extremely powerful. We've seen honeymoon teams destroy top teams multiple times thus far.
Blast is offline event and that allows them to use cheats for some teams like Heroic, Nip, Complexity, Big, Astralis they can see through walls, watch them carefully you will see they cheating, they know exactly where the enemy is except outside their front vision . And suddenly the best teams struggle to beat them. We must require footage from the back view of such players like ELIGE, jabbi, stavn, REZ, Yakinder, ultimate, etc.
No, its not. Every time a new IGL comes in, especially if there isnt tape on them or they have a whole new set of players, the team overperforms for an event or two. Then everyone sees how the team plays, and for 95% of IGLs, the team starts sucking. The hard part of being an IGL is not at an event the top teams dont care about, with three weeks prep, and no information on how you play.
@@DakotaTheRota I would hope so. What kind of professional athletes like losing? They also explicitly said they were using the event as warm up for Cologne. As did other teams.
I mean hard fought yes but they still lost more rounds than won if you compare both bo3s. It was very close and always new team has their moments on first tournaments and this tournament wasnt rly even important to top teams. We will see in like 3-4 months if they manage go beat navi and win some trophies if theyre actually good or just decent.

i already see that liquid not gonna win cuz they have to carry stewie 2-15 .For me , astralis will win because the other team either lack of a good awper or entry fragger to play aggressively succed to get information and get kill constantly . navi have simple a good awper but not that insane play compare to zywoo or device, they also have bit a good aggressive player but compare score and luck even dupreeh can do better than bit ( not to mention magisk) , so the rest member of navi compre to astralis they not gonna win astralis . Liquid have good tactic , good aggressive , good entry , but they lack a good awper , and have to carry stewie 2-15 . Faze good tactic , mid entry , mid agrerssive play , but got more luck and decent kill , decent awper not good not bad , better than liquid 2019
i KINDA have that on my main channel with how much better is cs today (or a similar title). I think my conclusion is prime navi would most likely win but if you give prime astralis a few months or even weeks to come up to meta they'd have a good chance vs anyone. the meta can evolve and advance but to be as dominant as astralis was for that long requires insane individual dominance and coordination in situations that can't be planned for (and plenty of teams still mess up today)
One of the major adjustments they made in this 2nd Inferno, is how often b1t was supported in Apartments. Because NAF had him in his pocket in the previous map win. Especially early in the half, which made NAF push slower and allowed them to stack B early in the round before someone came back to assist b1t.
i love this liquid squad they haven't been together that long and they beat navi twice to qualify i think this is a super team where all the players are solid i have my eyes on liquid for the remainder of the year these guys are going to do great stuff watch
Then bet on it. If you actually think Liquid is a superteam, bet on it. Id be more than happy to take you up on Liquid not winning a single major for the next two years.
@@nWo_remiix 10k. If you honestly think after watching a team play for three matches in a single qualifier is enough to call them a superteam, ill take your whole mortgage.
There is no such thing as a fluke in my opinion, there are many different circumstances such as playstyles, strategies and general mechanical ability that go into being a good team, if you lose you're just simply not as good as the other team in one way or another, liquid just did better than NAVI.
I think this speaks more of liquid than navi. Obviously navi... being a prep heavy team would have a harder time against a new squad. But... Liquid is just really good. I think they might be a new top 5 contender... unlike Complexity who has a talent for choking.
No it's not a fluke Navi has IM who threw Anubis by letting yekindar walk behind him and shot b1t in the head, the moment Navi replaces him Navi will be unbeatable
Nope, the team is ok the way it is. They've already won two important trophies and played a blast final which is already better than most teams. The team is really solid the way it is and there is no way if you swap iM for someone else they will perform much better. I don't see it and neither does Aleksi or Blade. I'm really curious, who would you bring to replace iM? Haha. They've already built some synergy and they play really well right now. Yes, they've lost against Liquid last time and the time before that. It was really close tho, if some situations were different we could've seen another outcome from both matches. I think the map pool was kinda trash. Let's not forget navi destroyed liquid on nuke as well as on mirage. They played rather scared on inferno (not like their usual game). Liquid came back from both 7-0 and 9-3(the second time they played). I wouldn't say they played bad, but they played kinda scared, idk why. They haven't really prepared anubis and won on that map the second time they played. Yes, they've lost the first one but it was really close. Can't blame them. Anyway, it's just blast, not really an important competition. Let's not forget they said that they'll try some new things this event and they did. This was more of an adjustment competition to see what is working and what is not. They are preparing for the important tournaments like Cologne and even for the next Major. They've already shown a good form. They just need to get a little more sharper in terms of shooting and you are looking at a monster team. There's no point in changing any of its members, they get along really well the way they are.
@@gk6new this debate ended when they won the major. He ain't coming back to the roster. Have you seen him lately playing the game? sounds like a good idea in theory but reality is that a top 5 team today would destroy prime astralis just because of how the game evolves
