What happens if the property is given in good faith to someone? And than that person suddenly claims adverse possession?

Sir , my grandmother inherited property from her grandfather.
It was shared by her brothers as well as her cousins.
Before death of our grandmother , we had the knowledge that our land is there but where exactly, we didn't know .
Many times we requested them to demarcate our part and hand it over which they even today accept and tell us to take it but issue is , that it was a big patch of land and they have distributed it among themselves. Now they themselves don't know who has occupied how many parts of our land.
Now we filed a suit in the court requesting to give us possession.

सर मैं एक छोटे से गांव का निवासी हूं जहां मेरे पास एक खेत (0.25 Hact) है l कुछ ही दिनों पहले मुझे पता चला कि मेरे खेत के बगल वाले 3 खेत (0.79 Hact) जिन पर मेरे तीन पड़ोसियों का कब्जा है, govt. documents में मेरे नाम से रजिस्टर्ड ®️ है। आपकी बताई हुई conditions के मुताबिक उनका कब्जा सर्वविदित, शांतिपूर्ण और लगातार 12 वर्षों से अधिक रहा है, लेकिन उन लोगो ने अभी तक adverse possession क्लेम नहीं किया है। (उनके पास कब्जा किए जाने की तारीख का कोई document नहीं है )
मुझे क्या करना चाहिए कि उनका adverse possession क्लेम ना हो और मुझे मेरे तीनों खेत सुरक्षित मिल जाये।
~क्या इसके लिए self relief act 1963 की धारा 5 के तहत case फाइल किया जा सकता है
~या फिर पूनाराम vs मोतीराम judgement के तहत जमीन को बलपूर्वक खाली कराया जा सकता है

Sir, Meri age 43 years he, mera pariwar pichle 65-70 years se ek property par reh raha he jisko mere dadaji ne owner se rent par liya tha jiska koi agreement nahi he. Jabse mera janm hua he owner ne kabhi is taraf mudkar nahi dekha. humne 2005 tak rent diya phir unhone rent lena band kar diya aur uske bad humne bhi nahi diya. 2018 me kisi third party ne ghar akar dhamkaya aur kaha ki ghar unhone kharid liya he, tab mene case kiya aur stay mil gaya. Kya me adverse possession ke liye ja sakta hu?
