This Park sign describes "the Snake"
"You are standing at the top of curves that road enthusiasts affectionately call "The Snake". Over the years Mulholland Highway has tested the merits of cars from Duesenbergs to Teslas. This particular stretch of road is a mecca for motorcyclists. It's sharp turns offer an adrenaline rush and a chance for fun, fame and often folly.
To your left is "Edwards Corner". It was named after the late Ed Savko, long-time owner of the Rock Store., a popular road house just down the hill. Hundreds of riders have (removed word not advertiser friendly) on this challenging 180- degree curve, perhaps showing off for spectators, who often gather here. Other succumb safely to the charm of "The Snake." "

And the Ninja 300 around 3:40, the new crop of small bikes are AWESOME. It's still a shame we never got jewels like the CBR250RR (please note the second R, I'm referring to the 90s and 00s inline 4, 20,000RPM beast), NSR250, TZR250, and VFR400, but still, I could only dream of gems like the KTM 390s, the R3, and the Ninja 300 back when I was messing with people's heads by hanging on their rear wheels with a tatty, rattle canned, but well-set-up VTR250 Interceptor. Massive engine is so overrated on the street. Riding a small displacement bike at 99 out of 100 all day, feeling like you're on the race track, flicking hard, holding WFO through turns, and still having the comfort a safety margin because you're only laying down between 28 and 45 HP is where it's AT for street riding.
XH1927 seriously...I only know of those gems from RidingwithTom's ass but they look and sound absolutely amazing and with 20k redlines, they're no doubt the highest revving machines on the streets.
I have a soft spot for the rc390, dunno why lol and I hear ya about lower power on the street..I have much more fun on my 750 than my 1k..granted those are bigger bikes, but I get what you mean.

If I had my 85 Vmax there I would show those brothers how to do a proper burn out. Max has 11,700 original miles and is in perfect condition and it is number 2,131 off of the production line which means all Vmax motorcycles produced under 2,500 are full power balls to the wall and the factory specs are 145 hp!!
