I commend Slater and his team for their ambitious undertaking and hope they will uphold the highest standards of engineering excellence.
One of the reasons why progress is so slow in the Philippines is because some people are not willing to think outside the box to achieve progress coupled with tons of red tape. Foreign and local investors have to hurdle through the narrow mindedness of the few and lengthy government processes compared to our neighbours such as Vietnam.
