Atty Diokno finally said it - the lack of an effective Justice system, and laws are NOT good for the powers that be, so it has been purposely neglected over the decades.
Chel Diokno better than Robinhood,Leon Guerrero, etc. Its about time for Filipinos to vote for qualified people to truelly represent our interest.

QUESTION: Bakit Ang Media or Ang supposed 4th Estate na dapat bantayan at report mga kung ginagawa ng 3 branches of govt Ang kanilang trabaho ng Tama at tapat, naka tutok palagi sa executive at legislative branch at palaging sensationalize Ang Balita. Bakit bihira Ang Balita kung ginagawa ba ng Tama at tapat ng judiciary Ang trabaho NILA?
Ang gusto ni Atty. Chel Diokno ay parehas sa Japan where conviction rate is almost 100%. Ang reason for that ay ang masusing investigation na ginagawa ng mga pulis bago hulihin yung mga kriminal. Hindi sila nanghuhuli based on witness reports, dapat may hard physical evidence bago ka nila hulihin. Sa atin kasi basta suspect kahit chismis lang yung info nadedetain na kaagad ng napakahabang panahon bago mahatulan. Mali eh.
