Henry Cavil went to times square with just a pair of glasses to see if it worked and nobody recognized him. Thing is, people probably did think "he kinda looks like Henry Cavil" but since no one expected him to be the real one they just moved on. Clark Kent goes even a bit further. He is intentionally clumpsy and his mannerisms are quite different so, even though some may notice the look quite similar, they'd dismiss it thinking "He does look like him but that nerdy guy couldn't possibly be Superman"

No one is walking up to 'human' reporter from the Daily Planet from Smalleville Kansas USA and going bingo that's Alien Kryptonian from the destroyed Planet Kal El aka Superman. Folks seeing Clark Kent would be the same if you saw someone walking on the street who you swore looks a lot like X famous person. If you saw someone on the street who looked a lot like your favourite celebrity, athlete, musician etc.., but you got a tweet from that famous person saying backstage preparing for my concert, onset waiting for me scene, or in the locker room going over some plays with the coach, would you suspect that person you just bumped into on the street was the actual person and that the tweet they sent was false a lie or would you believe the tweet and simply go about your business and say to yourself gee that person sure did look an awful like X famous person? Another example of this is Charlie Chaplin would often enter Charlie Chaplin look a like competitions and he would lose. Why? Because the judges never suspected or thought the actual Charlie Chaplin would enter; Charlie Chaplin would often get feedback and critique on how he could improve his costume, mannerisms etc.. to be a better Charlie Chaplin. That's the same with Clark Kent, no one is suspecting Kal El from the planet Krypton who goes by Superman is 'human' news reporter Clark Kent. Nobody expects a dude that can lift buildings to be using some weak arse disguise as a normal human to live a normal life. Why would he? I'd be living on a throne of gold in some tower somewhere, like most people would with his abilities.
I know I'm a little late, but the whole "no one knowing that Clark Kent is Superman" is because Clark completely changes his personality. Clark acts really nerdy and is prone to accidents. In fact, people have suspected him to be Superman before, however when ever this happens, Clark then proceeds to act even more helpless until they stop questioning them. While as Superman, he's very confident and strong. So he acts the exact opposite as Clark so no one will suspect him.
I think The Dark Knight did something similar when the Joker invaded Bruce's party and he snuck away into a safe room and the two guests who saw him thought "sweet, we're safe" and then Bruce just closes the door behind him like he was an afraid coward caring about his own safety. No one would suspect that, despite the logical conclusion of childhood trauma, disappearance/reappearance, his wealth, etc that he's Batman because of the differences of personality.
My favourite theory is everyone knows Clark Kent is Superman, but if any of the criminals reveal it, then superman will just spend more time fighting crime. So like everyone knows but no one says anything so they can commit crime while he's at work
it was better than the Avengers Age of Ultron which was garbage the only good part in the movie was when Hulk fight the Hulk buster other than that it was a piece of crap
