I enjoy watching your favorites for 2023 too 😊 the anthelios sunscreen is one of my favorites as well ❤ The new lveb is one of my favorites as well from the line. The oud is not heavy like in other perfumes. I normally can’t stand oud but it’s very pretty on this one.
I am an SPF junkie! As a mature woman with extremely dry skin (in addition to hyperpigmentation, melasma, fine lines, etc.), I have a few suggestions that work well under makeup. 1. Bellflower Avocado Moisture Sunscreen SPF 50+ PA++++ (chemical filters) non tinted 2. Skinbetter Science Advanced Mineral Protection SPF 75 water resistant tone smart tinted 3. First Aide Beauty Weightless Liquid Mineral Sunscreen SPF 30 (zinc oxide filter with a tint). It does burn a tad around my eyes. 4. Neocutis journée firm riche Extra Moisturizing Revitalizing & Refining Day Cream Broad Spectrum SPF 30 (tinted and very moisturizing)
I also spend the most money on books (my current favourite novel is actually French, The Birthday Party by Laurent Mauvignier) and then I spend a lot on skincare and then make up. I also wake up early in the morning and do my meditation. We all have our special time for self-care, whatever it is. I still feel my mineral Mac powder is the best powder for me. I've tried Westman A, Dior (not too bad either), Clinique, Charlotte Tilsbury, I'm Meme, Pur, and, by far, Mac has proven to be the best one for my dry skin. Great skincare video. Thank you.
I’m a SPF 40 and up lover. It has helped my hyperpigmentation/melasma so much! I wear it every day. Drmtlgy sof 50+++ tint moisturizer is my newest go to. Works well with my dry skin and makeup.

I love your skin and the way it glows even without any makeup! ❤❤❤ I learned from another lady on UA-cam (jenphelps) who always uses any moisturizer especially eye cream twice! She applies the first time and waits a few minutes for it to get absorbed then applies a second time. Her skin is dry and so is mine so I’ve found that trick very helpful! 😊❤❤❤

My favourite foundation by far for many years already is la Mer (foundation and BB cream), they have all the colours, also for very fair European skin. It is moisturising, but not too much, aI can wear it in summer and in winter and it stays on! But yes, it is important, that the ingredients of the foundation and skincare do not compete: water, oil, or silicone based. I try generally avoid much oils and silicone on my skin, so water-based products are going to stay better on;)

Australia has one of the strictest sunscreen products guidelines in the world due to our high rates of skin cancer and very sunny weather! Here are some excellent ones that worked great under makeup and have very high protection ( all Australian made) * Ultra Violette * Airyday *Naked Sunday

Now I put my most used lipsticks in these lipstick components. They are magnetic so you can click a few together. I place the lipsticks upside down so that I can see the color and this saves me so much time in the morning. I usually organize them in color categories: reds, fuchsia, nudes, balms etc. xoxo

Hi Angela! Happy New Year 2024! 😊 🎉 I am definitely still loving the Guerlain Abielle Royale line for nighttime skin routine & the Lancone Regenerie for daytime! I just put in an order few days ago through Harrods for the Prada Reveal Foundation and also the Gucci Illuminator Drops! Super excited for these. The new Chanel 4 Les Ombres Eclat de Nuit looks beautiful; maybe a lovely companion to the Holiday palette! So I have to admit...I think the Dolce & Gabbana Devotion sounds like something I might enjoy. I know my husband's mother used to make some type of candy shaped like small fruits around the holidays(?). I'll see if I can find the recipe. Fragrances can bring back such lovely memories! I know I have some tied to light florals, white musks, peony musks, oakmoss, and I do like some (not all) sweet fragrances. I can't wait to here more of your fragrance reviews & to learn along with them!! ❤

😂😂😂😂 I get it with the perfume. Smells like cookies but you can’t eat it. I got a sample of the Guerlaine eye cream and love it. I never use a dedicated eye or neck cream. What goes on my face goes alll over but I did order the Guerlaine. Hope your year is a great one and that you get to travel a lot ❤❤❤😊

She explained that. She was talking about foundation, not SPF and she mentioned that exfoliation is important and then the compatibility of the products. I fully agree with the techniques that she recommended. I have been struggling with this for years. Once I started exfoliating regularly, all my skincare and foundations look great and never peel.

I agree with you about not recommending the givenchy powder for dry skin, I use it and it looks dry on me because it's better suited for oilier skin.
