I make this every morning except I just toast my bread and do not add butter, so unnecessary, and I top it off with mushrooms and spinach and a bit of Himalayan salt and of course the layered avocado

no idea but just crush the avocado, add onions,peppers, tomatoes, etc
Then add black pepper salt paprika, etc
Mix and done

I mash it and add lemon juice to give it some acidity and it also preserves the avocado
