This was so in-depth! I really appreciate it, and this is what I've been looking for for awhile. Thank you! I think I'm going to look into somehow installing a double point into my ceiling in my room.
Thanks for the video. I am new to aerial. have a low ceiling of 2.30 m (7.5 ft). which hammock size would be appropriate. I was going to order a 5.5 m (6 yard). would that be ok? how many space do i need each side
My aerial studio has a single point setup but I have been asked about running Aerial Yoga classes there. I want to use a double point setup as I think it’s much easier to use for various held yoga poses. Is there some kind of hardware like a hanging bar I can use to convert a single point to a double point where the distance between the 2 points is approximately shoulder width apart?
I understand! I've been working with a single point in a studio setting lately. Some thing need modifying, but it's typically fine. I'm not sure about how to change from a single point to a double point I'm sorry! You would need to speak to a professional rigger or engineer for the best way to approach that!
I enjoy spinning but have a 9 foot ceiling where I am going to be setting up. Is is possible to set up for a double point and sometimes use just one of the rigs for single point? What ceiling mounts do you reccomend? Thank you so much for this video and info
Hi Patti! Thank you for your question! I can't give you any rigging advice and recommend reaching out to a structural engineer or professional rigging expert! For ceiling mounts and more rigging info I would reach out to www.aerialessentials.com/
Hi there! Thanks for this video! I'm looking for advice. I have a double point rigging in my ceiling and I'm looking to see if it's possible to hang a single point from the double point at all so that I don't have to add anymore hardware into my ceiling, and because my space is smaller so I want to be able to hang it where it already is. Any advice or insight appreciated :)
Hi! The YogaBody rig is the one that I use! You can check it out here: aerialyoga.life/rig Another one that is quite popular is this one from Uplift Active: aerialyoga.life/upliftactiverig
What do you prefer - a double or single point for your aerial yoga practice? Let me know here in the comments! 😄❤️-Jess
I personally prefer single point with a swivel for aerial dance & double point for conditioning.
I need all the help I can get. I need a triple point if you have it
a double point, also need to know the distance between the two points on my ceiling

Hey,
I love your videos and just recently started with aerial yoga and would love to have a setup at home as well.
Which frame do you use? 😊
Great videos, thanks! How far apart do you recommend the anchor points be? I've read anywhere between 16inches to 24inches to 32inches..
Any ideas on how to tuck away the fabric when my students wants to do regular mat yoga?
Hello! Which are the carabiners you’re using?

How to tie the hammock to the figure eight for single point? Can you please make video also?
I am wondering whether a single point makes certain moves more difficult such as splits or moves you need to separate the fabric for?
Single point makes everything easier tbh
