One of the very first CF Journal issues talked about a 70 year old grandma who was able to, via CF training, to pick up her grandchild for the first time. That was the moment (sometime in late 2003) that I knew I will be training people for the rest of my life.
I'm one of those "really old people". 70 years old and have had my L1 for three years now... my quality of life is better now than when I was in my forties. I owe it to a couple of coaches and the warm welcome I have at CrossFit77 - Mooresville, NC
NM - I see the date in the backgroun (2019). This is before Glassman sold CrossFit. Listening to this does not make me hopeful about CrossFit's future. I doubt the current executives running the business will do what Mr. Glassman is talking about here. CrossFit will just become another Orange Theory or Camp Gladiator.
