Hy. Thanks foe this but this is the issue, I don’t have any third party app. And i can see the banner when i go to my UA-cam profile but not when I’m on my UA-cam timeline.

Just checked your page. Your banner is there so i think you're good. If you dont see it, its probably a problem with your browser

Whenever I try to update it and press save it just exits out and it dosent change (btw I’m on IOS)

Try using the youtube studio app to change the banner, if that doesnt work, use a pc or mac
