I remember being the ring leader of a 12+ scav zerg in reserve 1 week into wipe. Nobody came to the scav+pmc extract, so I lead everyone to train. One of them walked up to me and gave me a thumbs up. One of my best tarkov moments was a scav run.

Wait, where u the guy with the kround guiding a giant group of scavs in bunker hermetic, I had a similar story instead my friend dropped the leader and every proceeded to Loot him rather than revenge
Honestly. I'm right there with ya, my best tarkov moment happened as a scav. Broke my legs jumping off of white knight trying to save time and follow a fellow scav showing me a new route. Buddy guarded me from white knight to hole in the wall, spent about 5-10m of his time patiently patrolling until I extracted. Absolute madlad

Best moment in tarkov was rallying 3 other scavs to kill one kitted pmc who killed my friend on factory. I got the pmc and the skav boys didn’t kill me for loot. Didn’t steal the loot. Guarded me while I looted and saved my life by giving me a tourniquet to stop a heavy bleed. Best moment ever
Hey! this format would be a great way to delve into the actual game lore. I could totally see this working on a map-by-map basis or talking about the different factions' backstories...
maybe that's been done before, but it would be fun to blur the lines of this meta/gameplay documentary with the in-game lore, especially since it's already mixed with real-world animal science.
A channel called EUL gaming has done that exact format before if you want to check it out
I wonder what role playes the person named Fence in the life of the average Scav, since one does lose his respect if he happens to kill one of his brothers. Are they somehow connected, like a hive mind? Truly magnificient, how Fence seems to care for the Scavs. Maybe he is some kind of Scav leader, holding a position inside the Scav hierarchy even above and more powerful than the bosses?
Based on some of the event texts, the fence almost certainly has some connection to UNTAR, which seems odd since UNTAR was tasked with stabilizing the region. Perhaps there is something darker and more intentional going on in the world of Tarkov than we realize.
@@elkpants1280 Corruption and greed usually finds a way into organizations, even the UN. Enough money or favors here and there, and someone like the Fence could certainly get them to work with/do their bidding.
@@elkpants1280 untar has been confirmed to be ridiculously corrupt, fence is probably one of the causes of said corruption.

i wanted to do a scav only playtrough.
meaning u pick scav and do scav things. then transfer items to your pmc. who must be bear.
then as bear u can do some quest. but no killing scavs. only other pmcs.
this way u can actually upgrade home base. and get better scav times.
that actually sounds like an awesome challenge, i feel like pestily would love it

Artificialis Scavicanus, the AI scav seems to be evolved from PMCs themselves. Although lacking in intelligence and craftieness, they can hunt down any PMCs that arent careful.

There is a debate among biologists in the scientific community where the Playerificus Scavicanus, or Player Scav for short, developed their higher intelligence. Most seem to believe it originated from an extremely weird interspecies breeding of a Scav and a PMC. Inheriting the pack mentality and appearance from their scav forbearers, and the intelligence and craftiness of a PMC. Nobody knows for sure if this is the case, but the very PMC like behaviour of the player scavs do lend credence to the the theory.
Scav bosses seem to be a different species, but serve as leaders with AI scavs, some are even guarded by extremely well equipped AI scavs and footage is near impossible to acquire. By far the most dangerous subspecies of scav, as they only trust their bodyguards, a few hand selected player scavs, and themselves. There is a debate within the terragroup researchers on how they got so powerful, the main 2 sides of the debate is this: they stole terragroup medical caches, and the health-boosting stimulants with it, as they are proven to be related to humans, and the other is because of their harsh environment and they evolved to withstand it.
Raiders seem to be a cross breed between AI scavs and bosses, although less durable and with slightly worse equipment, they serve as bodyguards to scav bosses such as sanitar and gluhkar.
You should probably equip your cameraman with a self-defense weapon.

I remember that when i was playing reserve y see a pmc in front on me die by a sniper pmc so i decide to team and do the wigle to the pmc for fortune it accept and also he have a scav player that also accept they gave a good bag and a good gun save me life and help me that was a good a moment
i agree with everything other than what you said in the end that bosses are respected by every being in eft which is not true mk18 users have no need to fear and respect the bosses as they are capable of killing every boss with one or 2 well placed shots

Your forgetting the new apex of scavs, the max rep scav chad’s. Those chads who prefer the randomness of scav gameplay over pmc to the point where their scav has out leveled their max traders pmc. Truly chaotic beings!

But Fr the actual scav u spawn with has been the best moneymaker this wipe once the rep req is hit. 100-200k guaranteed (every other bringing in like 500k) every 5 minutes spawning into factory grabbing some shit and dipping.
my scav is currently lv17 only 2 kills with a survival rate of 91% and on a 38 raid survival streak...i am SCAVMAN

Might be a bit too late but a devious lick is a TikTok trend where students post a video of themselves stealing (or, in some cases, merely pretending to), vandalizing, or showing off one or more items they stole primarily from their school, typically from a bathroom.
The only news channel i trust in tarkov.

AI just got a patch update. Seems like they're setting themselves up for much more complicated AI in the future. Right now scavs will sometimes run away when they see you or they might run to their friends for help. Scavs seem to be traveling in packs now, working as teams.

Scavs are the coyotes of tarkov in that one or two aren’t that dangerous for an experienced PMC but even the toughest of chads will wilt in the face of the scav hordes.

It is currently debated by scientists if the Scav Bosses use the subspecies known as Border Snipers to track their targets. While they do seem to be connected in some way, with the Border Snipers most likely possessing a means of communication with the Bosses, it simply cannot be confirmed at this time.
