I think this guy is on to become a top, top manager. He is a survivor. I mean, the level of scrutiny, ridicule, criticism he has been under is astonishing. @@leewicks5911he is just on a mission to prove himself. Dude was too early to talk trash about other established managers and then found out he is completely wrong. So started blaming one after another player. Managers are supposed to create a vibe as well not just win silverwares that nobody cares about. Blud was focused on dividing the whole dressing room. Shipped out numerous good players from the club & brought in mediocre players like Antony, Malacia, Zirkzee etc.

What a character my manager is! You can criticize his tactics, but you can't deny that he is incredibly resilient. Despite all the scrutiny and criticism he has faced over the past two years, he demonstrates a very high emotional intelligence.
Ten Hag has made alot of mistakes & doesn't cover himself in glory at times but u have to admire his never say die attitude his resilience & self belief. He's got a long way to go in terms of getting where we need to be & that's where time & patience is required but unfortunately that's 2 things this fan base doesn't give never has. The media certainly don't help either

1st season; he came with he Ajax style, lost the first 2 games and returned to Ole's tactics for the rest of the season since the players knew it to salvage the season.
2nd season; Started the Ajax football but injuries really hit the squad and so he couldn't promote his style effectively. Mid way, INEOS arrive.
3rd season; INEOS say they will dictate of the style of play that the coach will use, so Eths tactics are dropped to start afresh.
He is basically starting over every season, that's why there is no cohesion on the pitch.
