Thanks!
Man when I tell you, I screamed when you removed the sticker and revealed there was a screw below it. Turns out the plastic was detached from the motherboard and attaching it back fixed my cursor problem. Now I can finish my assignment and hand it in on time. You saved me money and stress. I'm agnostic but god bless you
Man, THANK YOU. My mouse had cursor movement issues at certain directions & and the mouse just got delivered from online shopping too! Wasnt in the mood to ship back & deal with all that, so I decided to disassemble it.
I was wracking my brains & turns out that damned plastic is misaligned! Put it back where its supposed to be & its fixed!
I got the same history xd
My right click was unresponsive, and this tutorial fixed it perfectly! Thank you and may you succeed!
Thank you!! This video saved my mouse from being unnecessarily discarded. Definitely deserves WAY more likes!!
Would have never figured out where the screw was on my own. Took mouse apart, cleaned the dust out, works like a champ. Great instruction.
im glad i found ur video, Its worked! i put hot glue instead of using thin pipe tape to thicker the shaft of the mouse wheel
Ahhhh finally! Thanks so much, my daughter smashed my mouse on the floor and I had no idea how to open it. Was about to buy a new mouse until I saw your video, now it's good as new :)
Thanks for the disassembly instructions! It was simpler than I thought ... glad I didn't peel off the feet or force anything to try to open it. My mouse was missing about 1 out of 4 right-clicks and it was very annoying. Simply blowing out some fuzz seems to have fixed it for now. I am glad it's working again, as this M330 is one of my favorite computer mice ever! (Cheap to replace, too , but why throw out a good mouse if it can be fixed?)
It's extremely annoying huh ?! I did this and i would've never found that screw.
THANK you so much for this, I was about to buy another M330 but this saved my beloved mouse.
I peeled the sticker from the other side (removed the USB receiver) because the corner of the sticker was already sticking out there, saving me the risk of using a cutter.
I'm super happy to have saved time and money doing such a simple fix on something I need to use everyday. Again, thank you!
Thank you, thank you. I have a Logitech M187 wireless mouse. It's a smaller model, but a microswitch is a microswitch. My left button had become unresponsive. This little tip brought it back to life. can't thank you enough.
Hi, it's been a great help to save my mouse from being disposed. Thank you.
Logitech M170 here.. was about to go buy a micro switch and do some soldering to fix the middle mouse button, but this worked great! Thanks a lot
i genuinely had no idea about the screw being underneath the product info sticker. thank you!
I was searching for the screw for last 15 mins and then found your video. Amazing!
Very instructive vid without need for audio instructions.
Even after 3 years of posting this video - it saved me 30 euro! I have already replaced my mouse twice and a quick fix of peeling back the label to find the screw and a dab of DW 40 made my mouse work again! Great video!
Note: Alcohol, isopropyl alcohol, petrol, spirit, etc. will also fix the issue, but only temporarily..
Just what I needed, thanks!
Very useful. Just fixed my mouse. Many thanks!
Thanks, my M330 was missing 1 of 2 left clicks. Used an electrical contact cleaner spray(displaces water too I guess) instead of WD40, as expected, that worked too. Mouse is fully functional again.
Didn't know why my mouse was sometimes not clicking when I needed it to. Spent 5 minutes taking it apart and removing fuzz. Now the mouse works perfectly. Thanks for a quick solution!
You saved me about $20 to get a new one with this fix, thanks!
Very helpful Thanks! (saved me from breaking it trying to get it apart)
Thank you! You saved me. So lucky to see your video clip. If not I probably buy a new one.
omg you're a hero man thank you so much. This video definetely deserves like.
kullandığı şey nedir? yağ mı?
I was skeptical. But lo and behold, it actually works! The click feels a bit different now but I don't care, it still registers and you just saved me some money from buying a new mouse!
Thanks ! You saved me from buying a new one ! Just fixed it literally in 3 minutes haha.
THANK YOU SO MUUUUCH! It works, I'm very thankful
THANK YOU!! my mouse randomly stopped working but this really helped :D i can now click again :)
Thank u so much from Malaysia. U help me to fix my wife click problem by this tutorial. Cheers.
My left mouse button stopped working and this fixed it right up :D
Had an issue with this mouse..
Got it fixed..
Loads of love Thanks for the video 🤗🤗
THANK YOU!! i couldnt even fingure out how to get the thing covering the batter lol
Great video. Straight to the point. Thank you very much.
Aaaaaand IT IS ACTUALLY WORKING!!!!! OMG THANK YOU SO MUCH
Wow to found this screw was a big puzzle. Thanks man
Thank you for this video. My mouse was definitely sluggish and now it works like new.
Thanks! You saved me from buying a new one!
Thank you for the video! Saved me alot of time of double clicking just to get a single click detected on my computer! P.S you guys could also use alcoholic swipes or a perfume if you don't have the swipes. They also do the trick.
Left clicking was not working. I followed your suggestion in this clip and it is working now. Thanks a lot!🎉
Thank you for the video, very helpful!!!
TY very much dude, help me a lot. Middle switch was blocked due to dusts.
Thanks!!! Worked like a charm
Thanks for video. My M330 mouse is working properly now. It was so easy with this video.
Thank you so much! Was about to purchase a new one.
thank you , you show me the screw point.
Thanks for this! It was helpful.
i was skeptical like most were after seeing the video. But I looked at the comments and was reassured to try this. It solved my mouse problem that I have been having with my M331 mouse and I will likely do this with my other M331 mouse also
You save my money. It was dropped and worn on the right so right-click didn't work. I cannot find screw to open it. Thanks a lot!
thank you for your help! it helped me!
Thank you, helped me to fix mine :)
Thansk Man...it'sworking..good job really appreciate this
I used some contact cleaner instead of wd-40, works just as well and it doesn't leave any residue which dust can stick to.
BUT, thank you very much for showing us that it could be fixed so easily, I'd almost thrown out the mouse at this point.
I tried to use multi-purpose lubricant (N10) and it turns out great. I assume any non-violatile & non-conductive solvent will work.
Thank you soo muchh! You helped me in repairing my mouce, i accidentally deopnit last night and the right click button is not working due to lifted plastic case, issue resolved! Thanks!!!
you're a genious. Thanks!
Thanks dude.. its totally worked 👍
Thanks dude, very helpfull
Some relief !!
Thank you
Fixed my mouse! thank you SENSEI!
Thank you and I was able to get this fixed with disassembly, cleaning with isopropyl alcohol and then a tiny bit of lubricant on the microswitch.
I've now had 2 of these mice fail within 13 months of purchase. I think it is a design flaw of the new silent micro switches
Edit. Jan 2024. Now 3 out of the 4 I bought have required this fix. Must be a problem with the microswitch. The repaired ones are still working . For my 3rd mouse repair; simply cleaning was not enough as it was still a little flaky. I disassembled the motherboard and noted very little solder on the microswitch leads. I reflowed the solder / added solder and that seems to have fixed the mouse 100%. So... another fail point may be the microswitch solder joints. They are much finer than the old generation (ie: m525) series mice.
Just took mine apart and the problem was dog fur. A surprising amount of it, too!
Thank you so much :)
Thanks, it helped me!
This worked really well, thank you
Thanks!! It´s working fine now
Thanks a lot!!!
Thanks! Turned out a bit of fuzz had lodged right on the right click button and it was kind of driving me insane.
thanks for logitech for making them so easy to open!
DUDE that solved all my problems, if I could id pay u a great tip! thanks, you are the kind of humans we need to breed.
even this comment was almost 3 months ago cheers to you the "kind of human we need to breed" made my day
I was wondering if I should buy a new mouse. I couldn't click well. Luckily, I watched this video and fixed it myself Thank you.

I almost click buy just the same mouse again until I saw this video. and Voila! You saved me some money thanks!!!
I did buy another one...just yesterday. And i've just discovered this video :) Guess it doesen't hurt to have two good mice 😅😀
Thanks, sorted my M331 out with a squirt of contact cleaner
thank you. mouse is fixed!
It worked!!!! Rock on 🙌🏻🤙🏻
Very helpful 👍 thx
Thank you so much!!!
Damnnn...thank you, James Bond!!! Life saviuor
Thanks!! this seemed too good to be true but worked perfectly. mouse is good as new. i used an earbud to press a tiny amount of wd40 onto the buttons. wiped the excess off with a tissue once the wd40 seeped inside.
Fantastic solution!
Thank you, it worked!!
thank you for the video..my mouse 1 missing a lot of clicks, almost peel off the feet. opened it up, spray some contact cleaner and done! i wonder how it got long hairs stuck in the wheel too. lmao. now its as good as new!
Tks, worked here.
Can I change the mouse switch using Omron + Razer 50m or anyother like 80M? The swich seem difference?
this is a very comfprtable and light mouse
but it seems to have the illness of unresponsive switches after some time

Thank you !! Still wait and see but for now i think it's working. (M330) mouse. Perfect *thumbs up* - I did this and i would've never found that screw. Hopefully it works ...
