The bread dish that I eat on Sundays when I don't have class
Coat a triangular bread slice with egg and just grill it on a frying pan till it turns golden brown
Grill it slowly on low heat so that it cooks all the way to the inside and becomes twice as delicious
It's delicious with sugar sprinkled on it, and you can also draw on it with ketchup
Back in the days, breads weren't as buttery as now, and there weren't enough eggs,
but I still kind of miss that taste 😋
학교 안 가는 일요일에 먹는 빵요리,
삼각형으로 자른 식빵에 계란 옷을 예쁘게 입혀, 프라이팬에 노랗게 구워내기만 하면 됐어요
약불로 천천히 익혀야 속까지 잘 익고, 버터가 있으면 빵 맛이 두 배가 됩니다.
설탕을 뿌려도 맛있고, 케첩으로 그림을 그려도 좋아요
그땐 식빵이 지금처럼 고소하지도 않았을 테고, 계란도 넉넉하지 않았을 텐데,
그래도 그 맛이 조금 그립습니다 😋

Just wanna let you know even if you have not been posting any new videos for a long time you are one of the reason why I find mundane daily life much more interesting and I viewed life very positively now. I followed a few of your recipes because as a busy working mother anything that takes me less than 10 minutes to prepare is already a luxury to both me and my son and we enjoy that time together in the kitchen. I don't stress about life anymore, I do what I can one step at a time and live in the moment. Thank you very much

Somehow, I always wind up here whenever i'm having a hard time in life. I thought i was the only person who sought comfort through her videos but its comforting and heartwarming that we all are able to gain comfort through these videos despite having different problems in life. I don't know where you are or how you're doing, but I hope you atleast know that through your videos, many of use were able to deal with our issues better and gain some sort of peace.

En El Salvador tenemos un platillo muy similar a las Francesas, le llamamos Torrejas.
Las claras se baten a punto de nieve y luego se agregan las yemas, el pan se sumerge en leche y luego se pasa por el huevo y luego se pone a freír, cuando ya están las tajaditas de pan, se empapan en dulce de atado ya preparado con canela y pimienta gorda. 💞
Es un platillo muy especial para semana santa 😋😊
