In The Who's "Baba O'Reilly", Roger Daltrey famously yells, "THEY'RE ALL WASTED!"
John Lennon screaming "ALL RIGHT!" over and over at the end of Revolution
🤘🤘
Jhon lennon my name is lennon
One of my fave oddball yells is "GROOS" in ELO's Don't Bring Me Down.
There was the sort of early eighties trope of bands yelling "HEY!", such as The Romantics in "What I Like About You" and The Producers in "What's He Got?" I feel like there were more, but those are the ones I remember.
Billy Idol covered "Don't You Forget About Me" from The Breakfast Club and recalls "I said: ewww eee ewwwww ewww ohhhh yow!" Which frankly, I would love to hear him use in conversation.
The song was written for him instead of Simple Minds, but he rejected it.
The "Now listen to this!" always makes me think it should be followed by something like "two for one Ballpark frankfurters, bananas for 10 cents a pound and more this week at Piggly Wiggly."
The B-52’s Love Shack Tin Roof…Rusted!
"Hey Mickey" is yell after yell!
10 -- Just before the guitar solo in Twisted Sister's "We're Not Gonna Take It", Dee Snider yells, "NO WAY!" My other favorite would be before the guitar solo in Poison's "Nothin' But A Good Time" where Bret Michaels yells, "HERE'S TO YA!"
In "I Believe in a Thing Called Love" by the Darkness, Justin Hawkins yells "Guitar!"
"OOGH!!!" -Tom G. Warrior (Celtic Frost)
😂
"Kick it!" by the Beastie Boys in Fight for your right.
Well, for starters, the entire chorus of the Italo-disco classic by Baltimora is simply a Tarzan yell.
At the beginning of PANTARA's 1990 song "Domination" the drummer yells “First take like a motherfucker” implying that they only needed one take to record one of their best most intricate songs!
In the Steve Miller Band's 1968 song Living In the USA, Steve Miller shouts "somebody give me a cheeseburger!"
In Spirit of Radio, just before Alex unleashes his wailing guitar solo, Geddy shouts “Ohhhhh SALESMEN!!!”.
In the theme song to Frasier Kelsey Grammar yells “quite stylish”.
On the 1979 Live album Unleashed in the East during the song Victim of Changes by Judas Priest, Rob Halford yells "good god pluck me!" Right before the lead.
The eternal favorite: "One more time for Roman Hruska!" from "Dead Puppies" by Ogden Edsl.
I get douche chills when the guy says “work out” before the bridge on “Taking Care of Business”. The Worst!!
Hiya Paul I’ve been watching since 2022 and rediscovered your content and forgot how interesting you are. I’m going to send fan mail so if you see a VHS tape in the mail that’s me.
Have a good day Paul :D

Michael Jackson says to Paul in the Girl Is mine, I'm a lover not a fighter!

"Who stole my sandwich?!!" from "Uptown Girl" by Bill Joel
The Kingsmen - Louie Louie - Lynn Easton, iykyk
I’m a metalhead. Everybody yells everything
Sometimes Michael Jackson yells out, "come on girl"❗️❗️❗️
Thanks!
"STIGMA"! - from Agnostic Front's song, "Riot, Riot, Upstart", amongst many others. Vinny Stigma is the guitarist's name, and this is what the band yells before he does a solo. It's a hardcore punk trope. STIGMA!
Legendary Stardust Cowboy basically yells all the way through his song “Paralyzed” can’t understand what he’s saying with all those WAAAAAA HOOS in it
It's a real yell-a-thon!
at the beginning of every Ramones song Dee Dee yells " ONE TWO THREE FOUUUUUUUUUUUUR!!!!!!!!!!!"
bravo¡
I got the #10 volunteer empty spot that really should be at #1 in your video: The Damned’s song, New Rose, where singer Dave Vanian goes “AH!”, in the opening, and follows up with a second round of “GLAH!”, in the middle section! It does NOT get any f’n cooler than THAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!☝🏻😎🫎🦇
🖤🖤🖤
Robert Plant didn't exactly YELL it, but when he said "does anyone remember laughter" in the live version of Stairway....that get's me every time. ua-cam.com/video/O5DPFcI9yfQ/v-deo.html&ab_channel=Robert-HumorPoint
"Hehe" any song from Michael Jackson
Rusty Day screaming “OOAAEEEAAAAAAAAAAaaaaaauuuuuuuuugh,” before the last verse in Cactus’s Rumblin’ Man, a behemoth of a 1969/1970 hard rock song that was heavily inspired by Link Wray’s Rumblin’.

At some point, in that one song, that guy yells "oh", or maybe he was saying "OO" or "AH", I'm not sure. Might have been a girl.
AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH - Kurt Cobain, Drain You, Nirvana
1983 Metallica, whiplash, saying we are Metallica. 🤓
