This is my kind of house. I love this; it's the perfect size, a wonderful kitchen, and not too big. It looks great on the outside. I'd love to see a back deck. Other than that, this is perfect.
My wife and I are looking to move down south (probably South Carolina) and this home is perfect for our family. Love the size and the layout (especially since my wife is physically disabled). Absolutely love the kitchen! I would screen in the porch and add a screen door onto the porch. It us literally our dream home. (Of course we like every second or third house). I like that you are show casing some smaller 3 bedroom homes. We empty nesters often want to down size, but not to a "tiny home". I like this home because it is very tastefully done, looks as nice as some of the larger mobile homes. Show more like this for those of us who wish to down size.
My sister and I are recent fans of your channel here in the Triangle Area in NC. We are thoroughly entertained with every video we watch. It’s definitely great to see videos of the houses we’ve only seen pictures and floor plans of and crack up every time you answer our questions like we were having an actual conversation! I really liked the layout. Although I would choose the tub option in the master bathroom. As a single, I’d probably use one of the smaller bedrooms as an office and the other as a library/craft room. This home would be just my size.
I love the layout of this, where the living room doesn’t lead to the kitchen right away. I love the kitchen sink under the window. I’d face this towards the south to take advantage of all the windows. The bedrooms were nice size. I could see myself living in this home! I’m watching from the Foothills of the Adirondacks in New York State.

You know, I agree with you. Every home needs a decent pantry and a really really good utility room. My current home built in 1970, a stick and brick house, has a so so pantry but... it has a fantastic utility room. 14 upper cabinets , 4 lower cabinets with 2 more under the laundry tub and 8 drawers❣️Plus a spot for a small chest freezer.. Never thought I would refer to the laundry room as paradise but it is🥰 Have seen only a couple of said awesome utility rooms on your channel. Builders take note‼️ Keep up your amazing tours😎

I love this home. It's not perfect but darn close. I'm still a decade plus out from retirement but I've already started thinking about it. It's fun to see what's out there when I'm finally able to escape from California.
Living room is fine. I like that the dinning room and kitchen have the same flooring. The Island is just the right size for me. The kitchen is just the right size with the matching counter top and cabinets. I love the counter space, but I need my flowers in that kitchen above me. So, when I come into the kitchen I would smile at the beauty of that window over that sink and the flowers of various colors.

Hey Chance! Happy Saturday! I'm watching from Western New York. I love the colors and the layout of this home. The bedroom closet racks made me laugh. They are up so high I don't think my 5'4" self would be able to reach them! It shows that there is plenty of room to add a second rack below! I love the tan/beige walls with the browns of the counter tops, cabinets and floors. I do not like the grey walls with the brown. And the door has to come off the water closet. Other than that, I could be very comfortable in this home. Have a Blessed weekend!
Love the size and the layout sans a few minor changes (cabinet colors, countertops and LVP throughout). Love that the laundry room is on the side with an access door so you can add on a garage. Slap this on a full basement and BAM Absolutely perfect!! Catching you from Southwest lower Michigan and I don’t blame you for waiting until summer to come North. I'm from Tulsa Oklahoma and I appreciate you showcasing all the manufactured homes and specially the two-story ones and I'd like to see more of those by different manufacturers as well with the porches wrapped around and you're doing a fantastic job showcasing these homes and letting us know what's out there in the market but I like double-wide plus double-wides with the attic plus a full two-story and I'd like to see more of this content and God bless you and thank you
It looks like a lovely little home, the laundry looks small and the second bath, although it’s a nice size it still needs a window for light and air. The front porch doesn’t seem to take too much space away from the home and the windows and sliding doors all look great. Loved the tour, take care and stay safe. Oh and your Christmas gift looks fabulous.

Gladstone, Missouri here (the Kansas City Northland) and this is just lovely! I am hoping to downsize more and will be putting a modular home on a slab so I don't have to deal with basements anymore.. Such an excellent use of space. I see the perfect place for my piano .... the area to the right when you come in the front door!
I completely agree with you about the colors. My favorite parts of this home is the kitchen and the tiles, counter tops in cabinetry in the kitchen and master bath.
Loving this layout . It really has a great space with a open concept, bed rooms are workable . Nice master , love the double sinks with vanity. Like the shower, but no seating! And no tub, women love a nice big tub for soaking our aches away
What I really love is that the kitchen cabinets go up to the ceiling. I hate when the cabinets have the open space above them. Us older people can't clean up there. I would get rid of the built in that is in the living room, it's not setup right for connecting cable/internet & dvd player. But it's a really nice house. You asked where people are from, I'm in Massachusetts. Love your tours Chance.
Hi from Altoona, PA. I think this is the perfect size for my family of 3. Especially like this layout with the dining room in between the kitchen and living room. Also, I like that the laundry is in the side of the house where a garage or carport could be added. Thank you for these videos, I could look at mobile homes all day. Since ya asked so nice, I watch you from Toronto, ON, Canada. I agree that it is a very nice layout for a smaller home. All the space is fundamentally useable, and the rooms are all adequate sizes. I personally would 1) try to trade out the cupboard and 1 sink in the master bath for a separate shower stall & put a bath where the current shower is or (if that wasn't possible, put a shub in lieu of the current shower stall. 2) I think I might use that closet in the laundry for an undance-worthy pantry. 3) Where they have the round table & chairs just inside the front door strikes me a perfect spot for the wall to be lined with bookcases and a comfy recliner and side table to make a lovely little reading nook. I just love planning all the things I shall never do, in homes I will never own... so bless you for providing this perfect channel to work with.

Any of these home can be pit set, which is what they call it. Not sure if states where they have flooding pit set them. Where I live in Arizona, most people prefer their homes to be pit set.

@@chanceshomeworld Yes, we did. Saw the Attic house and the Yellowstone, and then a few weeks later, went to the one in Bryant and saw the Lilly II. We loved all of them, but probably will end up getting an Amelia by Clayton. One of our fellow church members runs the Clayton lot in Searcy, and we looked at an Amelia (another model that you've toured) on another lot. Think we'll get an Amelia from him when the time comes that we can do that.
Another nice home. I would live a upgrade. I have a 2002 model and it's so outdated. I love how they have porcelain sinks and granite counter tops and wood floors, so modern and sleek.
Agreed I’ve seen him show way nicer homes in my opinion for like 50k less..there has to be something about where the dealer is located to ask for high pricing. Especially with all the wire racks. And no tub in the master
Boy, I don't think 1700 s.f. is small at all. There is no way I could build that in Columbus Ohio for $107/s.f. Especially now with lumber prices going through the roof.
I love that place. I think it's the it's the nicest home you've ever been in. It's cozy there's room to move around get a beautiful kitchen nice dining area. I like the way the smaller bedrooms are connected in the bathroom in the middle. I love whether the utility room is at the back door I love everything about it sure it never ceases to amaze me why people want gigantic bedrooms I don't get it.
I can tell from the floor plan that I like it OK BUT I don't like the master bedroom door right off the great room. I like hallways (a separation). I'm not too sure about the sliding glass doors, I know they look nice but are uncomfortable. I've seen people just open them when locked.
A retired state trooper told me what to do to secure sliding glass doors: evidently the sliding one is lifted up and out when installed or replaced, so burglars could do the same thing. If you take a large dowel and slide it in the space along the very top of the door when it is open, it will fill the space and the door will not be able to be lifted up and out. The trick is to make sure the dowel is long enough so YOU can reach it to get it out if you need to replace the door, and that you don’t forget it’s in there!😁
My family and I have been fans for a few months now, from South Texas! 🤠 This one’s ok, but I must say. For our family of 5, we loved the Palm Harbor homes the best! Love this perfect size for us. Just slightly larger than what we have, yet not over the top. And was excited for side door entrance so you can add on a garage. Plus the laundry area would be a perfect place for a staircase if you wanted to add a basement 👍🏻

What is the square footage of this home and the cost?
I don't like recessed lighting because they cause excessive heat into the attic and can cause a fire.

Hi Chance! Wow, I have watched every video you have put out and I believe you hit the NAIL ON THE HEAD with this one. The floor plan is PERFECT!!! The only thing I would change is the cabinet and countertop color. I like the farmhouse white. My husband and I are looking right now and I would love to find someone near me who has this floor plan. I am in NW Georgia. Love your presentation, your jokes, the way you say “UTILTY” room, and SHUB! Great word you came up with! You are so fun to watch and listen to, and I appreciate that your channel is so clean even the babies can watch. Any of these home can be pit set, which is what they call it. Not sure if states where they have flooding pit set them. Where I live in Arizona, most people prefer their homes to be pit set.

@@chanceshomeworld Yes, we did. Saw the Attic house and the Yellowstone, and then a few weeks later, went to the one in Bryant and saw the Lilly II. We loved all of them, but probably will end up getting an Amelia by Clayton. One of our fellow church members runs the Clayton lot in Searcy, and we looked at an Amelia (another model that you've toured) on another lot. Think we'll get an Amelia from him when the time comes that we can do that.

Chance, I’m in Shy-town, Illinois (this is my spelling of the city). I do not like the bedroom right off the living room. I do enjoy water closets.

I'd arrange living room furniture differently. Porch is good & water closet.
Another nice home. I would live a upgrade. I have a 2002 model and it's so outdated. I love how they have porcelain sinks and granite counter tops and wood floors, so modern and sleek.

Agreed I’ve seen him show way nicer homes in my opinion for like 50k less..there has to be something about where the dealer is located to ask for high pricing. Especially with all the wire racks. And no tub in the master
This is modular. They're not priced the same as mobile homes.
Boy, I don't think 1700 s.f. is small at all.
There is no way I could build that in Columbus Ohio for $107/s.f.
Especially now with lumber prices going through the roof.
I love that place. I think it's the it's the nicest home you've ever been in. It's cozy there's room to move around get a beautiful kitchen nice dining area. I like the way the smaller bedrooms are connected in the bathroom in the middle. I love whether the utility room is at the back door I love everything about it sure it never ceases to amaze me why people want gigantic bedrooms I don't get it.
I can tell from the floor plan that I like it OK BUT I don't like the master bedroom door right off the great room. I like hallways (a separation). I'm not too sure about the sliding glass doors, I know they look nice but are uncomfortable. I've seen people just open them when locked.

A retired state trooper told me what to do to secure sliding glass doors: evidently the sliding one is lifted up and out when installed or replaced, so burglars could do the same thing. If you take a large dowel and slide it in the space along the very top of the door when it is open, it will fill the space and the door will not be able to be lifted up and out. The trick is to make sure the dowel is long enough so YOU can reach it to get it out if you need to replace the door, and that you don’t forget it’s in there!😁

Love this perfect size for us. Just slightly larger than what we have, yet not over the top. And was excited for side door entrance so you can add on a garage. Plus the laundry area would be a perfect place for a staircase if you wanted to add a basement 👍🏻
