3 days intoy high carb low fat low protein, it isn't hard , hardest bit is finding new foods to eat with 1gram fat per 100g, that is a golden.
I've been eating lot of crumpets with jam which is lovely.
I feel weight moving even with 3 days in, gut just feels flatter .. I was stuck in the bullshit of sugar is bad and eat more protein marketing hyper that is about now, when in actual fact I needed more carbs and sugar, stop demonizing sugar and carbs that why we have a fat world now days, I also notice performance and bike rides last few days have felt easier got same effort

I'd fill the house with watermelon. Clean my insides up a bit. Then yams, rice corn, beans, potatoes, sugar, bananas.
I love it great video dude I agree any food left over at this house goes outside into the yard I got all kinds of animals that like to eat it. I ride 150 + a week. Don't even drive my car anymore I commute everyday and then on the weekends I wake up early and I'm out riding all day on Saturday and Sunday..... I see people out jogging that are overweight and they're like there's so much pain trying to run. I've talked to a couple people I tell them you need to get on a bike running is so bad for you let's go some low impact and you can burn all that fat off. And it's so much more fun

Bro I ran 28 miles in one go on the weekend in minimalist shoes and my body is completely fine (check my strava). It’s not inherently bad just takes a long time to build up the durability in the body. But yeah, walking is better for fat loss for 99% of the population.
@@TirnanHealy how much do you weigh? But yeah, swim, cycle, walk. If you have the money, one of those recumbent 3 wheelers, where you can recline and pedal.
@@TimpBizkit at the time of posting that comment I was 73kg, I’m 78kg now… messed around with low carb / fasting and then had a crazy rebound 🤣 on the way back down now
