    Rice sugar and fruits not just give you a lean body,for me one thing is more important,its good feeling every single day,every minute i feel mentaly clear and happy and people around me can se that.

      @@troecurov3 vegan small meals in day,i dont like 3 meal thing,fruits vegetables starches,all natural food,lot water,moving,and empty stomack bedtime

    I had soooo much rice and tiger bread yesterday with salsa,and I felt great.I Did 2 cycling sessions. Loads of sugar water and hard training,feels pretty good. 👍🙏

    I quit caffeine soda coffee and am feeling great. Took a week to start feeling detox effects.
    I use a bit of caffeine only before hard rides or gym sessions.
    Harley is over the Target 🎯

    A exercise physiologist asked me to track my calories and macro spilt and eat no more than 1948 calories.At height 192cm ,weight 135kg ,age 56 this is tough and depressing

    Darn the polish woman I give a lift to work and her delicious custard filled cake.
    I think 10g of fat a day is harder without a boring diet but staying under 20 is easier but will obviously take longer to get lean.

    Harley. I got a new bike. Rode 3000 kilometres this summer. But gained wieght. But was my legs! Jeans fit the same. 30” waist. But my thighs and calf’s super tight. I went from 172 lbs to 182 pounds. Is it possible I gained 10 pounds of muscle? I’m basically vegetarian. Follow you. Great!!!!!!

    Harley please tell me why when someone obese starts receiving insulin injections from the doctor there blood sugar levels come down and they start gaining more weight?

      The body is resetting itself. There is always checks and balances. Years of dieting, neglect result in initial weight gain. You have not mentioned any change in diet or lifestyle for said obese person. Bottomline is if an obese person eats HCLF and gets the injections doesn't mean they will lose weight. Even without injections people gain weight. HCLF is for the long run. It's not a quick fix.

      Cause insulin is an anabolic hormone. Mostly, it is used as an alternative to meds like metformin when a patient has type 2 diabetes and cant keep their blood sugar in a targeted range (and for type 1 diabetics). But type 2 diabetic patients are already insulin resistant, they have too much insulin, it just doesnt work properly. Giving more insulin might help lower glucose a little bit, but its worsening the root cause of the disease.

      Soy sauce, sriracha, salsa, taco sauce, bbq sauce- any low fat sauce is delicious

      I'm a big fan of hoisin and sweet chilli but the problem is there can be quite a lot of salt. I often make my rice into pudding using skimmed milk or low fat vegan alternative.
      Then I add vanilla and as much sugar as it needs to taste good.

    Interesting takedown of C.I.C.O. I've been doing that for 10 months and have lost 75 pounds. Yes it's tough but so far it's been rewarding. Gotta try the high-carb veganism at this point tho eh?

      Depends if you're mobid obese no but if you're over weight or just a bit obese you shouldn't have much loose skin though it might be a bit stretchy. Building muscle can help but if it's really bad you will probably need surgery.
