Keep it up bro! People who are a little bit into fitness or bodybuilding would understand that it takes lots of time, money, patience to transform your body every year. ESPECIALLY when you are in another country. It gets so depressing with no family, no friends, nobody to cheer you. And on top of that you have to deal with the youtube creatures that doesn’t know anything about the process except ( he’s flat, he needs size) that’s it. First of all we have to acknowledge that fact that he is giving best. That’s all that matters. There is a reason why this sport is the toughest both mentally and physically. If you can’t praise someone’s efforts, atleast don’t spit garbage especially when there is no one in India at his level right now. And Bhuwan bro you’re doing everything right. Keep at it man. Hoping to cross paths someday at a gym 💪💪
