I just got approved today, Thursday and submitted Monday. So, 3 days for Onsite Commissions on my first attempt. I used my Pixel phone and natural sunlight coming into the room with a simple background. I did add those videos onto my youtube account and linked my amazon store as well as my affiliate link to the products in the description. Each video was 1:40-1:55 minutes long. I shot some nice, panning B roll and even did a time lapse. Probably more than what was needed but I wanted it to get approved. I even took your advice to be more active on UA-cam, by commenting on channels that I get value from. I also worked on my store by making lists and ideas. I hope that helps!
i just watched your videos on your storefront. i love how you're doing the felt books. did you edit and upload from your phone or from a laptop? i was thinking of recording, editing and emailing the final video to my laptop then uploading it from there. Best of luck with your content!!
@@alainaroberts6689 I took all the photos and video on my phone then downloaded from Google photos then uploaded into Canva pro. I edited everything in Canva.

You’re welcome! Are you referring to your storefront or Amazon in general? The ones you post will show up on your storefront where as the others will show up on product pages in the review section. Other ways of seeing Amazon review videos is by going to other Amazon Influencer’s storefront pages. Another place where you’ll find video content is Amazon Inspire but those are more so like short form videos

I went to "manage video" and not there. I hear people say it is next to the video but I don't see this. After review, we have determined your videos don't meet our video quality requirements. These requirements must be met to be shown on placements outside your storefront, such as a product's details page. To be reconsidered for additional placements outside of your storefront, please delete all your existing videos and upload at least 3 new videos that meet our best practices. Please note that we limit the number of cumulative reviews to 3 per influencer."
Amazon is vague and won’t tell you specifically, you just have to follow their specific guidelines. I know people who have followed my script getting approved

I have one last shot at onsite commission. Any tips on quality. I have used voice over, tripod, great lighting, 16:9 ratio , 30 and 60 FPS 1080 and also changed to 4k and still denied for quality. Any tips 😢
It may have to do with what is in the video itself rather than the quality. Make sure no boxes are in frame, no addresses or Amazon packaging is in frame, don’t use words like faux or dupe etc Amazon has a whole list of dos and donts! You got this!
What happens if after you submit 3 times and fail each time? Do you need to completely delete your entire account and start from scratch? New email, new amazon account?

So the next videos I did were 100% faceless with a wall as a back ground and voice over. So simple to get foot in door.

All three videos have been published, yet I haven't received any notification regarding the approval of the onsite commission program. Despite this, I can see those videos on the product page. Could you clarify if this means I'm eligible for onsite commissions?
Not yet! You will need to wait until it’s unlocked. It may take a few weeks as it took me that long and Amazon said they are backed up on approving at the moment
I uploaded 3 videos yesterday and they're marked as published. But... the little "lock" icon is still on the top of the page on my "creator hub/influencer" page. Do we submit the videos in a different place than the videos we publish to our shop? Or... do I just need to wait a bit and be patient?
It should tell you in the creator hub which review the videos are under. It usually says it takes 2 business days to review but it’s definitely more like a week or more lol

Hi, thank you for this video. I have just joined the UK Amazon Influencer Programme, I have been assigned an onsite ID. I asked & was told to upload videos, nothing about having to upload 3 to be approved into the onsite thing, & I can't see a lock anywhere, is the lock + 3 video thing for the US Amazon Influencer Programme or will I need to do this also in the UK?
It’ll be associated with your regular store ID and not your ONAMAZON store ID. That way you can access the video reporting page through your storefront

Hi! You’re welcome, the lock button on your video page will become unlocked. Sometimes Amazon takes a while to approve, took me weeks!

When you upload a video, it’ll give you an option to tag the product/s in your video. No need to tag in the description or title!

Yes you will have no more opportunities to try after 3 attempts. I don’t think k the several will work based on Amazon keeping records of everything
