All your kids are a Blessing but your older daughters are amazing...the one doing the canning and freezer job is superwoman for sure...your family is so loving and caring...God Bless...
Thank you for the video. I not only enjoyed it but also found it very interesting. You have taught me a few things with all that you do at home. Wow. you are an amazing family. God bless you all. Prayers continue…❤
Thank you MommaBear for amazing videos that you're providing us with, even in this crazy season of yours. You are truly a blessing. I'm waiting for the butchering video! There will be huge amount of work but I'm sure yall will get though it
Holy cow! They pressure canned over 50 jars? I'm just impressed that they pulled that off given they're young. That's a good life skill. If you can pressure can, you can eat even when there's nothing left to buy at the store. Edited to add: Waterbath canning still counts... Edited one more time to add: I've had more lid failures than I like to admit since the change. I'd rather have the old ones but they're impossible to find.
Boy I thought I had alot of blueberries to process I have 5 gallons of blueberries and probably another 5 gallons of blackberries to turn into jam I also have a couple bags of tomatoes and I have another 30 pounds of potatoes to can and 15 pounds of sweet potatoes to can. I qlso need to make a bunch of turkey broth and ham broth to get the bones out of the freezer I think after the holidays are over I will get back to canning great job I can't wait for the butchering video i don't have animals to butcher but I still find it interesting my mom butchered lots of animals as a kid farm animals and wild game deer, rabbits, squirrels and whatever else my grandpa brought home nothing ever went to waste it went in to the stew pot and you didn't know what meat was in there it was just stew. I would have been a hot mess😂.
I’m sure you’re relieved that is done. I was thinking, can any of what needs canning like the meat be packed in ice, and be brought to your other house raw, along with the pressure canner, jars, funnel, etc.. and be canned there instead if you need more time or space? I was thinking about the pipes freezing when you said the propane ran out. Did the water get turned off before they left to drive back? Winter in the north is such a difficult time of year to leave a house. You’re wise to stay back if there’s sickness. It’s really going around. Praying! ❤️🙏🏼

Good job. Might need to defrost the freezers though. Otherwise they use a lot of extra electricity!! God bless ❤❤
We are filling them back up with meat. It’s too cold to defrost them currently
