Same here I love history and especially love stories like this one is sad but it’s amazing too !! I saw the book in the library and I may go back to read it cause I want to see all the letters !!!! 😊❤
I wish she wouldn't have cut the power to their house though. Ghosts don't have to pay for repairs😢 I had that happen in half my house after an incident with a prior undead resident, so did my neighbors.
I really love these older episodes👌 Now for those who are curious, in the world of Jimmy's Randomness, shadows hide in the dark, and the unknown..comes alive👀
I adore this show. I've watched it through many seasons of my life and with my daughter when she was young and has never been afraid of anything. She is 18 now. ❤
😊❤ I'm in Upstate South Carolina I love old Historical Homes 🏡 with Haunted History and Legacy. Sad 😥 😔 how people are Destroying them in lieu for Modern New Homes and Apartments
I completely agree! I live in Pennsylvania and there's soooo many old early 1700s cobblestone homes around my area. I live outside Philadelphia area so you get to see so many historic homes.
In America there is real evil… always rewatching this shown. I used to see it in Discovery Channel in Spanish, so many years ago. Now, it’s like a podcast to me. I usually just heart it while i’m doing other things.
So let me get this straight: 1. The family was told point blank by the 1st realtor that, the house was haunted and that they should NOT buy it. 2. After the first realtor consultation, the dad actually RESEARCHED online the history of the house and the paranormal activity that goes on in the house. The internet CONFIRMED his suspicion of the houses scary past. 3. OH, but wait, it gets better, they get an even better WARNING by actually SEEING the actual ghost of the house. 4. That's not enough for these people; they actually find the owner and STILL pursue buying the home. The owner tells them the house was EXORCIZED!!! But the family sees NOTHING WRONG with this fact and BUYS IT ANYWAY........ liiiiikkkkeeee....whaaaaatttt?????? *pickachu face!* I've watched almost everyone single one of these episodes. I have to say, this family takes the cake. They are officially the DUMBEST family who unfortunately DESERVES to be haunted. Now, I feel really bad for the kids because they are innocent victims to all the evil but the parents....They are the dumbest. I'm sorry to sound rude/insensitive but why in the world would you go through with this, after all the information that was THROWN at their faces. All the warning signs/redflags... So yea, they get the official "Dumbest Person" award for this show.
Mark seems to be absent minded throughout a lot of these experiences. He’s always like “I didn’t think much of…”. This is a really cool story for sure but man this family really brought it upon themselves, I can’t imagine what the kids much have gone through or how scared they much have been.
Haven't you heard of the phrase seeing is believing. many people dont believe in stuff of paranormal so when people say your house is haunted some people will just brush it off till they experience it themselves and assume that the house has been around for a long time so their bound to hear things cause the house is old but thats what they tell themselves first till their not in denial anymore
Watching these ive learn: -Dont live in a masion -Dont live in house from 1800s -Dont live ın property with a murder or suicide and/or any horrific death -if someone says ıts haunted then ı dont go there -if ı creepy scooby doo ahhh kinda vibe on the viewing ı dınt go -stay away from the attics ajd basements
Years ago I lived in a house in Missouri. We used to hear heavy footsteps in the attic at night... and like the Allens, we just tried to ignore it. Years later I had a very surreal dream I was back in the house and when I looked up at the attic, the scene transformed into an army guy in boots and a wife beater shirt watching tv in the attic... we lived only a few miles from Fort Leonard Army base...Bingo! I know who was in that attic now!!! 🖐😃🎉
"I didn't care what he said, I wanted the house." Wow, what a great wife. EDIT: She goes on to say, "They became real stories because they became my stories." Of all the self-centered itios on this show, she's got to be the worst.
If that bothers you, you got a personal issue being so judgemental. Just watch the episode birdwatcher, none of us need your stupid judgemental comment. We are just here cause we enjoy paranormal things and we dont need people like you making the most judgemental idiotic statement on a show that is just about story telling of someone paranormal experiences. Now just enjoy and watch the show before i put you in time out
This was One episode with a real catchy storyline, made perfect sense. This spirit/ghost needed to be validated to be able to move on. This was sad but ended well. I hate she suffered before dying, that hurts. If I knew a house was haunted, I really would believe it and move on because this can cause real havoc in a living person life, they should have believed, but they had a job to do, so it worked out.
15:40 really chills me up. Because I've already experienced that once. The only difference with it was, the shadow moved first. Really scary, even though I'm not easily believes in ghosts.
Some people really aren’t sh*t! 😒 that man really made a bunch of empty promises to that poor woman!! That’s why I have zero tolerance for most people. I hope her soul has found some peace!
Imagine a sadness so deep and profound that it crosses through time and space. A loss of a child, a lover, your wealth? Why would anyone want to be stuck in the "tweens" unless you had unfinished business?
"The Allan House is Haunted!" - the real estate agent... the internet... the entire town. Mark and Rebecca: "This couldn't possibly be true lets buy it!"
There's seems to be conflicting stories. 6:31 says Adelle moved out and got married, but came home shortly after a failed marriage and committed suicide. 40:50 says, years later the couple rekindled their love (from being high school sweethearts). But unfortunately her beloved Prentice was already married and would not leave his wife because of scandal. Adelle still waited for him to call and visit and when he ceased, she killed herself. Did I miss something?
Two different people. She married BOYD RANDOLPH BONNER. They divorced in 1927. She moved back in to the house. The old flame she "rekindled" with, and who ghosted her on Christmas was PRENTISS HEMINGWAY SAVAGE.
Well…I really shouldn’t judge someone based on a paranormal retelling show but the wife… seems to be a mix of selfish and stubborn. Dude could have made more money where he was but he felt “drawn” to this place. No… that would be the wife who really really really wanted that house. and nothing would change her mind… not the house bing a money pit…nothing. can’t imagine living with someone that… selfishly stubborn. And the stories she heard were all now real because they became her stories?!?! so they were just the ravings of lunatics before? 😂😂 the husband clearly didn’t want this house but she apparantely loves forcing him to spend his money for a house only she likes. this lady cares a lot for appearances and those of others’ as long as their image affects her own. And she gets what she wants.
They couldn't have believed in ghosts unless they had had this learning experience. Too bad it's always mostly frightening experiences and not friendly experiences people have.
When the paranormal investigators discovered she spoke on the recordings, I thought they were going to try talking to her to discover more, lol, but they did not. I just do not get it, they say wow she had intelligent responses and did not bother to try talking to her. Though the husband finding the letters solved the problem. What happened after everyone knew the reason for the suicide, did she pass on or does she still remain in that house? Also it baffles me that her lover who had probably died from natural causes a long time ago, did not come visit her and help her cross over and instead she had remained haunting that house. I also find it interesting with some of those houses where people will just fall in love with those homes, it is like the ghost can influence others. If a ghost talks to a persons mind, they will hear that voice as a thought in there mind, and that thought people often think it is their own thought. I think maybe mediums are able to determine there own thoughts from a thought originating from a spirit.
A 50odd year old should know better than to be trying to break someone’s marriage up. Also women and men need to live for themselves and not for others.
Mark it seems like you have a demanding, high maintenance wife as 'I want', 'I want'! Thought I was watching one of the brats off 'Charlie & the chocolate factory' come back to Earth Rebecca!
Professor Mark worked 50-60 hours weekly at the university, so his demanding younger wife stayed home demanding the Buckingham Palace from him on his sole income alone on top of having to provide & financially support her & two kids🙄for Mark's sake perhaps writing the book wasn't in vain & the book sales went well to appease & guve in to every whim of his desperate high maintenance homemaker🥴 kind of pathetic how far men will go to complace a younger wife to remain by their side. LaDelle needed to have found herself a single man who would've chosen her over another, but then maybe she should've dated other men & not got entangled with Prentice Hemmingway Savage when he was married. Idk, that's just my thoughts, a man/woman isn't worth dying for..
Sometime in these, the narrator says something like they heard voices and makes it seem really extreme and then the person comes on and says something like, I think I heard noises, lol.
I'm just curious why you would keep your tools in the attic. Most people keep them in the garage and if you don't have one of those you keep tools in the basement. ??
Last day my data was consumed in the morning and I had decided to watch haunting episodes but couldn't because of the data issue and I was also behaving like possessed by an entity 😑😄
There is no way I wouldn't make money off of living in an infamous haunted home. 😂I'd tell the kids they could get a tour for $10. And at Halloween time, you would make a killing. Make a website and market to people all over America. Habing said all that, with the ecomony in the shitter and the housing market what it is currently, I'd be thrilled to share a mansion with any ghost. Im praying my mortgage doesn't go up too much in the next few years.
I absolutely love this Narrator’s voice, just wonderful for these shows ❤❤
yeah often I want to hear the narrator talk about everything rather than watch the video for the information.
Tony Call has a great voice and has narrated many shows
