No doubt he makes some head scratching plays and has had some terrible games, but JKS hasn't been performing great either and doesn't get half the hate. Both Yekindar and Ax1le were only good during the Covid-Online Era where teams clearly weren't anti-stratting as hard and putting as much effort in. Yekindar still put up decent numbers his first year on Team Liquid, but you could see the mental process for the game wasn't there like it should be and Jame had been doing a lot of thinking for him(which lead to Yekindar thinking this is the only proper way to play CS and promptly killing TL).

Are young Latvians really this good in English? Like I thought Yeki was a bit of a special case but his friend has good accent too. Anyway, I still believe in you Yeki, good luck!
Yes. It's widely taught in schools and many Latvians have a lot of exposure to American TV shows and movies so they are constantly listening to native English pronunciation from a young age. If you go in the rural areas of the country, this becomes less of the case.
I don’t think anything yekindar is doing is wrong as an entry player it is all about keeping it fresh and that I’m sure is difficult at higher levels but I also feel like the teammates must be trying to setup yeki maybe you all should try running some different execs together because cs2 is a very different game and I feel like breaking smokes is one of the greatest ways to get an entry combined with a flash sometimes it can be a great way to take a site
Being entry is fine as long he kill enemy, but the reality he made his team 4v5 everytime 😂, i think he more impactful when being the lastman standing, he quite good with clutch.
Yekindar barely even entries and his hltv stats reflect this. He's more of an aggro lurk now. Watch the game, he'll be solo-lurking Banana on Inferno for example while the rest of TL are getting apts and bracket control.

Now a days he could drop 40 a half and still have to smash ENCE or someone at ESL to attend a Proleague. When he plays outside or banana and does amazing the entire time until 11-11 then pushes a smoke or throw the round and money it still won’t be enough to get him off the team.
