@@BryanJordanMusic Keep doing what your doing Bryan. Your technique is perfect (in my opinion lol). Long steady notes give me time to resonate with and enjoy that particular frequency. Transitions are gentle and not jarring. No bongs. No chirping. lol I've learned to 'let go' to a deep level that results in incredible feelings while listening to singing bowls and music. Absolute bliss resonating from head to toe. Tingling/tickling feeling on the forehead. I feel individual hairs moving around on my head which is weird, but ok. 🤣
