    I just watched Tomorrow Never Dies yesterday in 4K and that film has aged perfectly. I'm here for the Brosnaissance.

    That truly is a beautiful, sharp blue shirt! Pops even more in your video than it did in the flick.

    My favourite bond , mix of manliness of Connery and smooth charmer like roger moor . The most handsome bond .. I would love to see him come back as a darker older bond like Connery did . His 3 first movies are great and very underrated

    I was a fan of the Brosnan era during the Brosnan era. I usually mention how I waited for/wanted him to do a 5th film....

      Same here man. I always ask people about that, weather there was another reason that Michael and Barbera are not saying why they essentially fired him? it just seemed so random and out of the blue because it never seemed like there was any arguments before or tension behind the scenes!!

      Yes it does seem odd considering brosnan was a very popular bond and his films were very profitable for the studio. He has no plans to step away from the role either. I know they wanted to produce cr but surely that could have waited a few nore years once brosnan had done at least another 1 or two films

    These are beautiful pieces! I love both of those shirts. I'm impressed with how these fit you off the pegs. Cream shirts are spectacular, and I credit Roger Moore for my love of them.

    Nice items david.
    I watched goldeneye when it came out.
    I was 13, and fell totally in love with the charachter. Brosnan will always be my Bond. I just grew up with his movies.

    Dear David, How are you? I was in Hamburg when they did the Bond Film in the City. Everybody went nuts because Brosnan was in our town, driving the Beamer. 😂 Best, Tim

    The cream coloured shirt looks really good on you David! I could certainly see that becoming a go-to look.
    The pocket squares are one of those "hidden Bond items" I love. Like the CR money clip, a nice watch, etc.

    I had a bespoke version of the TWINE shirt made last year, after I was told that that the cream material was no longer available! The cream TND would have been my preference, but I now know the material is back so maybe a future purchase down the line!
    These shirts haven’t emerged online as far as I’ve seen, and I’ve been looking, are they available through the store only?

    My favourite Bond era is the Connery era. However, could not afford an Anthony Sinclair “Conduit Cut” suit. So, I own a couple of suits in navy and medium grey by Australian brand Anthony Squires that are very similar to the “Conduit Cut” suit. I received a Turnbull & Asser blue business shirt as a gift and I were that with either of my suits. I will say that Tomorrow Never Dies (1997) with Pierce Brosnan as Bond is my fifth favourite film of the franchise behind Thunderball (1965), On Her Majesty’s Secret Service (1969), From Russia with Love (1963) and The Living Daylights (1987). I will say I really enjoy the first two films in which Brosnan played 007.

    After being like warm to the Brosnan films, I’ve now went back to them and re-watched and actually enjoying them more now than I did at the time. I’m curious, who’s your favourite bond David? DC & SC for me.

    Brosnan is the Bond I grew up with so I’ll always enjoy his movies but think he was a great bond.
    For me Bond should make the viewer want to be like that him in the way that they carry themselves, the style etc which is why Connery, Craig and Brosnan will always be my top three,
    I just can’t relate to the others at all I just don’t think they have that “cool” factor.

  • @Makaio2204

    I think your insistence on a Brosnan renaissance has come from your dislike of Dalton's movies and jealousy over their surge in popularity recently, I don't think Brosnan's movies were ever unpopular or long enough ago for people to reappraise them and fall in love again

    • @bond-suits
      @bond-suits Рік тому

      I've gotten the impression that Brosnan has been left behind in the Bond community. People rarely talk about any of his films other than GoldenEye, at least not positively.

    • @Makaio2204
      @Makaio2204 Рік тому

      I will admit that Brosnan doesn't seem to be talked about as much anymore but when he is mentioned I only ever hear positive things about at least his first 3. The issue is that the Brosnaissance seems to only ever be mentioned by the Bond Experience(which his other stuff is great btw) and other creators with in his orbit and it is obvious from his other videos even ones praising Dalton that he really dislikes the love that Dalton's movies are now starting to receive
