- It's the end of term for my daughter. I have some news about that...
So it's road trip day. I take the bus to Merthyr, do a quick food shop in M&S Food with my boyfriend and then we set of on a long drive in the van, picnicking it it before we leave. We eventually manage to find a Starbucks on route for a very long-awaited coffee and check into a Travelodge for the night. In tomorrow's vlog we will be actually collecting her.

What a coincidence, I was born in Edge Hill in Liverpool, lived there til I got married, my sister was born in Ormskirk when Mum and my eldest sister where evacuated during the war. Liverpool was an amazing place to grow up❤. So pleased to hear that Izzy will be back home with you.
Gosh I haven't heard 'giving the stink eye' in a long time, my Irish gran used to say it! Well done Izzy for making that decision. Life is all about learning from your experiences, if your heart isn't in it it's best to do something different. I wasn't brave enough when I was younger! I'm in Liverpool but my daughter went to Keele uni(Stoke) and my nephew attends LIPA .I'm with IB on this I have zero patience in queues 😂
Good for Izzy in making such a big decision and realizing she was wanting to go another route with her education.
You really need to make the guinea pig your travel mascot. Take him where ever you go and sneak him into the video, and see if any of us can find him. Kind of like what Pippa did with her little Spog a few years ago.
That big yawn from IB means he really needed a break from behind the wheel. I cannot be in a car more than an hour and I'm ready to sleep. I find it so tiring.

I thought it was edge hill from the moving in video and the way you described the dripping off! Me and my husband went it is a fabulous university and town! Hope she finds a new course more suitable x
Good for Izzy! I don’t feel like anyone can truly know what they want to do with the rest of their lives without trying out a few things first. And it’s wise to broaden horizons as much as possible because situations can change at a moments notice.

Ah Imo. My son is the same. Not going back to his Engineering degree in September. Thats fine. I think its better to work for a few years until they are sure.
my nephue went to unie and half way through he got realy upset home sick he was not quite 19 but he is very much family so he was in sheffield and they live in liverpool so my brother used to go get him bring him home and he went to uni when he had lessons and home days he didnt so hes just taken a year of and decidifgn no weather to go to liverpool uni his sharehouse mates said he is a baby realy they are all 20 21 22 so its a lot xkathy uk xx
