Look at some of those classic trucks ....White-Autocar, Brockway, IHC Paystar , GMC Brigadier, Mack R and F models and Superliners, Ford Louisville......
I remember going in Walmart late at night couple years ago and seeing the floor scrubber go driving by me with no one on it. I almost looked at the young worker girl that was watching me watch it and said "That machine just called me an asshole." Then I caught myself because there's no way she'd know what I was talking about. I hate getting old.
I remembered watching this as a kid my favorite movie along with Black dog & now hear I am almost 24 years old & 2018 and will be taking my class a commercial combination driver skills test in two weeks in Livingston, Tx., thanks to the big rig movies of which have inspired me so much when I was a kid, I fell in love with rigs all thanks to these old movies & Patrick Swayze & Steven King💪✌️🤞🤘👌👍🤙👏👋👏👋❤️🐆🚛🚛🚛🚚🚚🚌🚌🚌🚊🚆🚃🚃🛣️🛤️
If you pause at 0:40 & look real good at the axle underneath that toilet paper semi trailer, you can see that the front axle was removed from it & tell it was originally a dual axle trailer. I don't know why they did that for the movie.
Idk looks like part of the telephone post, that was 1 truck they had that was remote controlled, I know they said they fucked up alot so idk if the had to make it to where someone drove it in certain scenes
@@LordCornholio31 my guess is that they gave up trying to edit and perfect the footage so much. Most people who saw this movie probably didn't even notice the goofs until years later.
@@LordCornholio31 According to a crew member who worked on the movie, EVERY vehicle was actually driven by a person inside it...They were just hidden from the camera..

They are testing Trucks and cars to drive themselves now. If someone hacks into the computer systems this could be a reality.
these trucks don't have computers
The plotline had a Russian killer satellite destroying an alien ship which had been controlling Earthbound vehicles.
It's sad to say that someone is going to turn a Self Driving TESLA into a smart bomb sooner are later.
At 1:14 I see all the other trucks, but you know the Green Goblin had to show off. That Detroit motor sounding good!
Rattle many machines are named as killer vehicles

Same, blackdog was a great movie, trucks, maximum overdrive, smokey and the bandit, convoy
Lol man. Did you pass first go? What kinda rig you drivin now?
Have you seen the movie "Duel"?
Had the hype lived up to what you're actually doing while driving a truck?
How's truck driving?
That 8v92 is amazing.
0:52 I like that white Mack cabover.
Cruiseliner
Green goblin truck be like: Sinister six wheeler’s, Follow Me!!!
The motor of the truck of green goblin is a detroit diesel
Dan Cage is a 8v92
drivers are visible in some of the trucks lol
Where?
No
Drivers' arms are visible at 0:48 and 0:59 @@JustAGigolo1985
Ya the bic truck for sure
Back in the day on older TVs was very less visible
1:17 “Well, them goddamn things got no rights to be running, they’re depoed”! - Bubba Hendershot (Pat Hingle) 1985
Most of these should have been Swift trucks, no that wold be considered normal driving
Love the sound of detroit diesel
Some these Trucks on Snowrunner
All noise no power. A Detroit Diesel is like a woman. In town they bark, brag, bellow and carry on but you get them in the hills they barely put out
What them goddamn things ain't got no right to be riding in the depot! Lmao
It's "Most of those gotdamn things ain't got no right to be runnin', they're depoed!"

Blee hibe nulliurns 😝👌, ( that's me in the goblin one) 😝✌️
Best Horror flick of 1986. Maximum Overdrive.
I wouldn't really call it horror more like an action movie trying to be scary lmao
I thought that it was more of a comedy.
My Favorite scene in the movie
Trucks, start your engines.
We made you ,You can't do this to us 🤣🤣🤣
When the truck hits the phone booth you can see the drivers arm.

Same with the the bic truck too

Now what we need is crossover. Optimus Prime vs. digital aliens who took over the trucks.
Or the digital aliens might be Decepticons.
It would be scarier if the trucks said swift
😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
The 1997 Film Trucks based off of this movie!
How many of those truck lines still exist?

I saw some drivers' arms at 0:48 and 1:01
Lisa Simpson's first movie.
Süper 💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯
Like to white Freightliner and the autocar at64
Something about those international transtar II cabovers... Mack Ultraliners, Diamond Reos, Brockway, and the White Western Star 4800 of course
Yessssir😂

Was this Recorded on Nokia?
Lol
Who attaches a face to a truck that sells toys to children. And is overheating an issue
I read someplace that it had a very wore out 6-71 with a dead cylinder, and the face blocked most of the airflow to the radiator
I know this movie
