Today's video covers the 4 vocal characteristics that have been proven to impact how confident you sound. While pronunciation and vocabulary building is important, there are overlooked factors that are perceived by the listener that influence how well you are respected or trusted by others. This includes vocal volume, pitch variation, tempo & speed, hesitancy & pausing.
I'd love to hear what you've been struggling with as a speaker, so please make sure to leave some questions and suggestions in the comments!

I have a question.... Basically I'm a law college student and my communication skills are quite weak so to speak I mean whenever I try to explain my stance through questions or in a debate or discussion I don't know to to express that effectively and in a consice manner... Because all human have different mindset and different life experiences etc...
(notice how in my this question I'm not really expressing myself clearly)

@@sohaibanser1121 this is a great question and one I will dedicate a video to answering. be patient with me as I put my notes together. In the meantime, work on drafting / fleshing out your ideas before you say them. Seeing your thoughts on paper helps to edit them down. You need to get better at organizing, prioritizing content, and editing things down. Be intentional while speaking - choose words carefully, don't say more than is needed. Less is more. It's a difficult practice but you will improve over time
