I went for steroid ct inject today, and Doctor booked me for other 2 root nerve infections for the next few weeks. I still have no idea about this. I have to see my GP to discuss about this. If you don’t mind can you give me ideas?
prolonged, light, traction will i predict, will be standard treatment for sciatica, someday, been known since seventies , had to find this out myself, been supressed, i guess.
@@rajarajanr1986 it worked for me, three months of almost constant traction, crutches to get around. Made bed into inversion table, raise foot bed somewhere about fifteen inches , best way to hold feet is car inner tube, tied to both ends of bed posts, then tied tight in middle, stick feet in sideways, straighten, if that feels good, great, keep it up, also raise head of bed, less comfortable, alternate, supplements I take condrition glucosamine, proteins, flex feet against resistance, I think helps, stay stretched!
I’ve just had surgery for this after 4 months of severe pain numbness pins and needles. I’m happy with the procedure I had done I’m getting better by the day. Only surgery pain. Don’t suffer get it done. I was almost suicidal pain relief drugs didn’t work. Was in continent for 4 days before given emergency surgery.
Thanks again 🇺🇸

Another thing, recovery can happen quite sudden, with no noticeable improvement before, so be persistent,
