Thats so great dr. May you long live , after an accident i am also suffering from pain in left leg due to L4-L5-S1 disc herniation. My dr advised bed rest and pyhsio treatment and if still pain remains he says we may gomformsurgery. I am wearing belt and taking bed rest now

Omg this video made me cry as i am going through exactly the same thing. This is how i walk with a crutch and cannot take more thn 8 steps. I am in excruciating pain. I am on quite a strong medication but its not doung me any good. Wish i could get treated by you. Brilliant doctor 👏 👍

My is in L4-L5 and its been its been 3months plus now that I had the accident slipping and causing the herniation have been to the hospital three times maybe more have taken many anti inflammatories, pain meds and cortisone, on top of that I have done physio. pain is still there and hasn't gotten better. one neuro-surgeon recommended i did a ct guided discoplasty with rf and another neuro surgeon said i need to have a micro-discectomy. I don't know what to do as now my next appointment will only be in a month plus to see another neuro-surgeon in Crete, Greece. Another doctor mentioned that after this time that has past there is a high chance of the extrusion becoming calsified. What can you advice me doctor?

Hello Sir, I also went through L4-L5 endoscopic spine surgery for sciatica 1 and a half month ago. I am able to walk properly now but sometimes I get small tingling like effect at different places in the leg.. although it is not huge pain like before surgery and no issues in walking, but I am not sure why it is still happening and also I am getting back pain now while sitting/doing job, although i dont sit continuously, take break every 30-45 mins..I don't feel complete fit, not sure why?
@Raahil . Surgery is definitely required if one has tried all the conservative methods like medicines, physiotherapy, epidural spinal steroid injection but still nothing worked.. The pain is so much that pateint can't even walk or sit, without surgery it is not possible.. After the surgery one can start walking immediately and the pain goes away..
