Diode Laser master jig Longer 5 Ray Easy to build Will save you hours

Laser Master Jig - Part One How to align a Honeycomb bed to your laser frame. Once done you can install and line up your Honeycomb bed in seconds knowing that it is square to the frame.
In this presentation I install the main BASE of my Master Jig. Once done correctly when we come to part two, creating the jig panels, its so easy and done in a few minutes.
The Blank JIG FRAME can be cut on the honeycomb bed to avoid flash back. When you come to cut in "INTERNAL" section of the JIG PANELS they MUST be cut when connected to the MASTER JIG BASE. This will ensure perfect alignment.
I will include BLANKS for the files to make the actual JIG PANELS. These will be various sizes.
I welcome any comments upon this design, If you see where an improvement can be made, I may include it in any future update.
IT takes a small amount of your time to get the base and the Honeycomb located but the every time you it, its aligned in seconds.

It's very important that the gantry is square to the frame. I have covered this in other videos. If you ever have your stepper motors grid / miss steps, like when the head crashes into the side of the frame, and your stepper make a strange loud noise like gears grinding, you would need to check your gantry squareness again. Its an easy process which I have covered in two videos.

you should have the frame perfectly 90 to itself not the lower frame.. So you ensure the laser move in exact90 to itself.

Absolutely. I have covered squaring up the frame and your honeycomb bed in other videos. To square up my frame I used tin foil
