Chris, GREAT VIDEO. It's nice to see that you are willing to talk about the problems with Las Vegas and putting the truth before your desire to sell a home. Respect. I currently live in the Memphis area, and I have to tell you that Memphis has become a war zone. Violent crime is out of control. I was carjacked two years ago and they tried to carjack my son a week later. How is the crime in Las Vegas? Is it predominately near the strip? Or is it hitting the neighborhoods too? Thanks
Sub'd… You are not lying about what real traffic is… Socal and the Bay, even around Sac now is unbearable. Atleast in Vegas you can take a parallel city street and the Valley itself isn't that big. Been visiting Vegas for 8 years now since my sister moved there and every time I go I notice how bad the traffic has progressively bad it has become. Also people are awful rivers too, you can tell who are from CA 🤣
I’ve lived in the bay, socal, and sac so I completely get it! The traffic in Las Vegas is no where near those areas and people here exaggerate it. Vegas is the only place where you can get to one side of town in 30 mins or less. Where does your sister live here? If she manages to convince you to move I’m your guy!
It’s a situation that needs to be handled. Growing up in la and living in the Bay Area I’ve seen worse. I think homelessness is an issue everywhere because how significant cost of living has gone up across the country… it will never go away sadly
Texas has no gambling, and we buy lots of flood & hurricane insurance 😤. Religion runs Texas, and there is too many rules. No abortion for women, not even for rape or incest. Scary to be a woman in Texas. California & Vegas are so different. People smoking weed in Vegas is mind blowing. Texas would never allow that. 😕
Road infrastructure is a HUGE con. If you move here expecting a walkable city with ample public transit you will be disappointed. Not to mention it contributes to the massive amount of car accidents we have and traffic fatalities. Vegas deserves better.
I agree! Las Vegas doesn’t have good drivers because so many people are from other places with different driving styles. It makes it hard to drive “normal” … I think the increase in construction is because so many people are moving here. Las Vegas is playing catch up with their infrastructure

You left out a very critical issue Crime! It’s a huge concern no matter where you live in USA.
So true! Crime is everywhere! Even in Las Vegas in “nice” neighborhoods… you can only mitigate it by having safe practices
