I hope Francis is successful in boxing and has the leverage to come back and do a two fight deal against Jon Jones. That’s the only fight in the UFC that really matters.

Francis is the HW GOAT. He avenged his loss vs stipe where he pitched a shut out. beat the older generation like Miocic, Velasquez, JDS, Arlovski and Overeem and beat the newer generation like Blaydes, gane, and Rozenstruik.

Ngannou wants to fight the biggest names he'd obviously lose to, but he has to prove himself in boxing. It's a waste of time and money to promoters at the moment because there more interesting fights to make in boxing. Also because he probably wants 30million and won't accept a newbie's pay starting out.

The longer he waits in the shadows for these boxers to fight, the less hype about his name exists. The only reason fury was considering it was because he was champion. Francis wanted the UFC to do what they did for Conor. Let him box and defend the belt. But they knew Jones was coming back, stipe was waiting, and gane was there as well. Problem is Fury already has a massive fight, and Francis is not even a 1/4 of a draw as Conor was😂😂😂. Francis is almost nothing without the belt on him. He’s not nearly as big of a name and he’s only fought 2 in the last 2 years. His name isn’t as big as Conor and Jones. Guys who can leave and come back and still create major buzz.
