This is an informational video on the topic of impostor syndrome. Within this video, Erin Barta will walk you through a few activities to help you understand your experience of impostor syndrome. Impostor syndrome will then be defined and specific situations that cause impostor syndrome to flare up will be described. Finally, Erin will walk you through a framework to cope with impostor feelings. The intention of this video is for you to walk away with a deeper understanding of your experience with impostor syndrome and give you a tool to reframe your feelings of impostor syndrome in your daily life.
