Very nice information. I tend to struggle to make decisions in my diet when I become vegetarian. How can a normal active person of between age of 40-65 fulfill protein intake maintained balance calories in his or her diet to stay physically healthy, maintaining weight and muscle mass? Could you please give your input so I can give up non-vegetarian foods. I prefer to stay vegetarian. Thank you!
