Seongho is currently on a diet to prepare for a bodybuilding competition. He has to eat a lot of protein-rich foods to maintain his muscle mass, but the food also has to be relatively low in calories so that he can do a cut at the same time.
This video shows what we normally have for dinner, it does not show the other meals Seongho is having. If he is eating something that's higher in calories one day for dinner, then he will adjust the calories of his other meals of that day. He usually has leftover chicken breast from the dinner the night before for breakfast.
