Check out this location if your ever get the chance because it’s epic! Lots of cool garnets here!
My dad and stepmom live in Ely. Gorgeous area and lots of rockhounding and crystal finding opportunities as you've discovered.
Whaaaaaat? I love garnets, and these are gorgeous! Lucky!
Lisa
Whaat! a dodecahedron 😲shaped garnet
Awesome finds. The heavy rains made for great surface garnets !!!
Nice !!!
Kenny
Garnets, loved them since before you were born Brian.
We called them "poor man's rubies"!😁🇨🇦♥️🇨🇦
Never heard of "poor man's rubies" before😂
Yoi
Hmm. Garnets are naturally prettier because they have more facets, and generally a cleaner luster. We have rubies here, and they all have a dull, raspberry collor
Garnet is one of my absolute faves. This is a treat to watch, garnet’s rich blood red tone is stunning and their patterns is absolutely mesmerizing. Love this.
I have quite a lot of garnet jewelry. Some I got while living in Australia. Not so sure if the garnets were Australian.
These garnets are sooooo lustrous! I don't think I have ever seen this before. The garnets are spectacular!
Yes, that’s what got me to go digging, such a nice luster on these crystals! Thanks for hanging out and watching!
I really like the geological explanations and the periodic cleaned up shots as you find them, thank you!
Thank you so much for watching, yes I’m going to start doing more of that in future videos
I was just there , that place is awesome !!!
Thank you for showing me not everyone is miserable. You made me smile and I appreciate it! 😊
When you opened the door on Dylan, that was funny. He's such a good sport. You are living your best life, the adventures you've been on these past months. When you showed Matrix startled by the fake dog... Matrix was standing his ground, small but mighty 🐶💪. Yet another fun adventure.
Great day for all of you. Love those garnets.
garnets never get old
Those garnets are stunning! So lusterous! Especially the one with the two on the matrix.
oh my god that garnet heart … that was incredible !!!
Would be awesome if you would do a video giving the price of random Crystals and how you go on pricing them.
You seem like an awesome guy, having a blast finding amazing crystals. Keep living well my brother.
Blessing to you also brother 🙌🙏
Adding this to the top of my list when I get to start traveling since garnet is my birth stone
I love your positive attitude! And what an amazing, memorable experience for your nephew!
Those garnets are beautifull, perfect habit and color .
I’m happy that you had so much fun finding my birthstone. You’re videos are what keeps me going through this pandemic and it’s also a dream I want to see come true for me to one day go out and do what you do
Seriously you make it look so easy you find the them real quick!!
My favourite is the heart shaped one Dylan found, it's a beauty. I could rarely see the ones on the ground until they were moved but they are so dark and lustrous that they show up so well against the matrix. You certainly were having fun there which is what you need after concentrating so hard to find the garnets. The views there are stunning Bryan, and the rainbow was so beautiful that is one place I would love to see. I likes the amenities at Garnet Hill, a lot of care has been taken to make it a perfect place to visit and explore. Take care and stay safe please my friends God bless you, Matrix and Dylan love and hugs Mary-Ellen UK
Not very many people know this but when garnets mate they mate for life
Such amazing adventures Bryan! Thank you for all the year's sharing them with us all 🙏♥️ Give little adorable Matrix my love! You Rock 😊
💎💜💎🙌
I love the colors of the crystals that you’re finding
How bad did your back and knees feel...
I have been a rock hound, then my daughter and now my 2 grandsons...
I feel blessed by seeing the hundreds of years in front of me...Thank you for bringing your joy to us while you also educate us.. Sincerely
Turn 44 just recently, yeah my knees , back, neck, everything is starting to slip, I guess that’s just part of it 😂
@@TheCrystalCollector 44? Dang you look 32 to me.. good health you have prospecting for these precious little gems.
I recommend knees pads from Lowe's or Home Depot! I use them and they make all the difference. ROCK ON!! 😁👍🏻🪨⛏️
Those garnets are breathtaking!
I love how you've made a career out of walking around (in the right spots) and just picking up rocks. 🙂
My now ex and I use to take our kids there while on deer hunting trips. It was more rustic back then and the road wasn't graded very often. We would bring some home every time we went. We also had some great pieces in matrix. Years later, I took my husband there and didn't find very many. It was very disappointing because I wanted him to enjoy it as much as I use to. Glad you had a good time. Oh, and you pronounced Nevada wrong...lol.
I LOVE your channel Livin' the Life!! So much FUN to watch and the beautiful scenery🤩 have fun be safe🧡💛🧡
The luster is incredibly but you have to absolutely love the crystal shape and geometry. One of the more exotic cubic crystal structures on these garnets
The piece with the twin garnets is freakin' amazing!!!
How incredibly beautiful this location is ❤️ One of these days I'll pet Matrix!
What a fun time looking for garnets in such a beautiful location. Thank you for sharing.
Wow, wow🌟🌟🌟
I bet they loved that rain!
I love you and your groups. So much fun.
I miss going on adventures like this. I'd love to get into rockhounding more.
After rain always comes sunshine ☀️
I love the crystals that you are finding
You are the best i used to watch this in uk when i was 9 then my dad said ''ill let you dig in the back garden'' yhen after 30 mins of digging i found 1 tiny garnet
Love the one looks like a heart

FUN vid CC's HAAA ! Geology and Entomology and a surprise crapper too? WHAAAAAT! Cool cool guys! Love the super lustrous garnet there. NICE!
"Nephew is single" lmfaoooo
NICE! I’ve never seen one on the matrix. They are beautiful. Thanks for the video.👍🏻💕😊
Respect from the other side of the planet! 💎💎💎
Way to add the history of the crystal creation you are looking for. Enjoy your videos!
Those are some amazing finds!! I hope to find some garnets that gemmy someday!! At the moment I mostly dig mine out of schist but they tend to be heavily included similar to the ones at Little pine. Anyhow hope you are doing well out there Brian, stay safe🙂
Ese paisaje es otra joya!!! Genial el vídeo, Enhorabuena amigo!!!😍
There's a site with the same name in California about two hours north of Yosemite. It's an amazing site, and the garnets seem to be a little bigger there than at this spot in Nevada. You can also find other cool minerals like epidote and molyebdonite at this same location.
You found rabbit turds.! 😉😁👍👍
I love it, here in New Hampshire we have some pretty nice garnet but it seems a lot more light pink colored and more translucent.. the color of those garnets are amazing.!! Great find, love what you guys do, keep up the Great content.! 🙏💯😁👍🇺🇲
This is the true wonderland! Absolutely amazing and magic!!
I like your hunting guys wow good diamond👍👍👍
Tons of fun. Great finds! Thanks for sharing!
We used to find them in Switzerland when I was a child. We still have them somewhere. I think my brother had them. We call them 'grenades'
Oh that’s a cool story, yeah they would look like grenades!! 💣
Awesome garnets! This is the stuff that makes me want to travel to all these locations. You create the most awesome videos!
Great location!
Down here in New Hampshire we have tons of garnet.! I wish there was as much gold as there is garnet lol. Love what y'all do, keep bringing that wonderful wholesome content.! We need more of this.! 🙏💯🙏💯😁👍👍
Your nephew, during the course of your trip, has picked up your speech pattern. It's like listening to a duet recording of you as his voice is very close to your in sound & timbre. Fun! Duuuudde !!!!! No Waaayyy...love it. This is the trip of a lifetime for you both. Hopefully heading out to Ely after Virginia City's Camel Races in mid-September...
Hahaha...sounds like Harry Potter and (Windgardium) "Levosatha"
Omg this is amazing!!!! Thank you for showing us this beauty!!
Those are amazing holy crap
Those garnets are top notch.
I love the bloopers on this one!!!
The place and the garnets there are lovely. I can't wait until you go on your next adventure. Be safe and be well. 😊
beautiful stone
I have a few garnets from North Carolina. Not as nice as the ones Y'all are getting. That rain was a blessing in disguise!
Always be prepared during monsoon season. Also, I'm surprised how smooth they are out in the elements for so long.
Man o man when I get the time, Goin to places, metal detecting places, and rockhounding places.
Good finds. Love it
My fav rock star!!! 🌞🌵🐦👏
Very nice garnets. 👌🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Garnet, loved them like pailin's garnet.
Beautiful piece 🤩 I love garnets and also some amethyst crystal
Amazing and awesome! 🙌✌️🤟👍
I'm from a place called Fife in Scotland, and we have a little fishing village called Elie, said the same as the American one, and they have a beach called Ruby Bay where you can find red 'rubies' but are actually garnets ❤
Hi Bryan, another great location with some lovely garnets. What a location and right place, right time, while the rain may have slowed things up initially the resulting clean up on the rocks looks like it made it worthwhile. My pick has to the double on matrix you nephew found, just a stunning look.
Keep Safe & Keep Rockin
Wow loving those awesome garnets, they're quite large to. Good job you didn't put your boot on with the Scorpion in it. Did you see the crystals glowing when you used the UV light to fluoress the Scorpion.
Was there for about an hour earlier this week and my 8 year old daughter found a stone with 4 garnets embedded in it.
Oh wow!!! Sweeet!!
I have a bunch from this Garnet Mountain. The most fun I have had!
Wonderful finds, super cool area👍 13:17 love it ❤
What an absolutely fun video! That looks like such a great time!! Ok minus your boot
Garnets are beautiful 😍 ❤ gorgeous VIEW ❤️ THAT RAINBOW 🌈 BEAUTIFUL !!!
THANK YOU !
Freaking epic I wanna go there!!!
I loved this episode because garnet is my birthstone. Only one problem. I MISSED Matrix! He;s my favorite collector and I’d love to have one of his relative.
I must say, it is pretty cool that you showed off that nice spot you were at. Gives them a little love and lets people know they can go and have some fun.! Love you guys.!!
Love this. I now want to go to Nevada. Garnet is my birthstone. Thank you for sharing. Your channel is one of my favorites.
