This is the BPW US SOCOM MCX S-U-R-G ( Suppressed - Upper - Receiver - Group) GBBR kit full review. This kit was purchased with the BPW M4A1 VFC Gen3 based Lower but will work with any VFC M4 Gen3 Lowers such as the BCM MK2 Gen3 GBBR, it is also compatible with the APFG Spear LT and Rattler LT lowers so lets jump in and see this awesome kit.

I’m surprised that there is an additional internal part to help the kit work with vfc ar lowers. I have no issues at all when attaching my vfc hk416a5 lower to any of my apfg mcx uppers. Whether it’s the original rattler, spear Lt or rattler Lt. They all feed great, bolt locks when empty as well the left and right side bolt release work without issue.

Hi there, thank you. The recoil is nice and snappy, and with the hard buffer bpw fitted, the felt recoil is slightly higher than the spear lt.

Hi there, after checking, no, you can't use the socom surge upper on the ghk. The geometry of the nozzle and bolt carrier doesn't fit the ghk magazine.
