I immidietly lost interest in this wipe after the flea came back, it just doesnt feel rewarding anymore. If they remove it entirely i think they need to make way more different barter options
@@Alipaine yeah, flea being back has already made the game easier for me just allowing me to throw money to buy cases and make plenty of space and clear out weapon parts since I can buy them on the flea..I've been thinking about just not using the flea anymore..maybe. idk. But yeah if flea is permanently removed a major rebalance would be needed.
hot take, but finding all the items like 14 wires isn't hard at all and you don't need flea for it. People just suck at prioritizing what and where to loot. I would argue that it takes more time to make the money to buy 14 wires or whatever at the inflated price on flea than it does to find them. The big issue is hackers as always. Keys are the only real necessity on flea.
@@MillimeterPeter-t51b i wouldn't call it a hot take, but I have the same opinion. Thats why later in the vid I say a "harder" tarkov isn't necessarily "harder" just a changed experience tarkov, that forces players to run raids for everything and utilize your scav. But I agree, a lot of players just don't understand loot priority.
You dont need to give kernell level acces to get 95+% of cheaters, there are much easier ways, you need statistical analysis, data gathering and looking for anomalies same way as scientists do when they look for proof on their thesis, etc... but finding cheaters that way would be too fast for some companies, cheaters would stop buying new accounts if they would be found out in 1 day or few maches.
why not do it all, kernel, statistics etc.? People are against kernel for no reason, when it seems to work wonders for other games. Just use another PC/device for your banking or work if you are afraid. I think the huge amount of cheaters drive more players away than kernel access will ever do.
When it comes to cheating one thing I don't understanding is how are they unable to flag accounts (I know most are buying their accounts for pennies on a dime but ignore that for a second), as a developer (though with little to no gaming experience) are they unable to check things such as: if the player movement speed is higher than X and the player is not in a falling state the account is flagged, if the player is flying/falling (games check this via the falling state) for over 10 seconds (no places in Tarkov let you fall that long not even from the top of Pinewood which you need to exploit for) the account is flagged, if the account gets reported in X consecutive raids it gets flagged, if the players KDA oscillates by X amount in Y amount of raids (both tanking and rampant cheating) the account is flagged, check the flagged accounts either manually or with very easy automation and afterwards fucking purge them. Mind you this is only a flag set and has nothing to do with the actual anti-cheat this way people would still get banned even when the anti cheat is not doing its job (this still leaves the radar, the wall, the aim etc.), all of the things I mention have their pros and cons but I feel like its the first thing I'd do if I were to make a FPS game.
With the amount of stats that BSG boasts at the end of every wipe (x amount of duffel bags were looted by bears, x extract was taken x amount of times) you'd think that monitoring the variables you mentioned wouldn't be too difficult, but with the way that Tarkov was built they might've just set a value and buried it under a bunch of code that can't be touched or set up to be monitored without breaking 20 different things or introducing some strange third party something that costs a lot of money
Tarkov players with no flea: YAY NO META GUNS/BULLETS 1ST WEEK OF WIPE!!!! Also Tarkov players with no flea: I CAN'T FIND MY FRICKING QUEST KEYS, PLZ BSG, OPEN THE FLEAAAAAAA!!!!!
People who think flea is the only reason why meta guns happen seriously need to progress some questlines. For two weeks now ive had access to good ammo, good armor and good gun builds… no flea only fucks over new poeople
@@Viper816 no the game instantly got really unbearable as soon as the flea opened also flea is one of the biggest motivators for cheater scum because they earn their real life money with that
if they remove the flea they need to then add better spawn rates for all items, and make more craftables. because right now not enough stuff is spawning, theres too many empty crates, and it just becomes more work to go into a raid and pray that 1 spawn may have the item or key your looking for in the next 20+ raids.
I havent played for ages, and even then the ammount of small gun specific parts was absurdly large. The chance of finding parts that fit together was too low to reliably build anything good,
I would fully support if the developers wanted to do hardware bans. The only thing holding this game back in my opinion is the rampant cheater problem. I go into every raid with a lack of confidence and fear of getting killed by a cheater. Even legitimate kills make me consider the possibility that it was a cheater.
Hardware bans don't do much to the cheaters that have been cheating for years as the majority of them has external hardware that would get flagged instead (they are able to reset this device and as such it is no longer affected by the ban), though it would help against people who get frustrated and turn to cheats in retaliation.
@@fergalhennessy775 DMA hardware COULD be banned, but that wouldn't stop much. It would force the price of the hardware up which would stop some ppl and make it a little harder to get them, but unfortunately it's just not that simple.
I suspect tarkov cheaters arent all that big a part of the DMA market, given its a core feature of the PCIe standard, and is used for a fair ammount of high speed data handling in high performance computing applications
They 100% need to permanently remove the flea market but give traders a serious rework.
Perfect timing, just about to start working ! Love these talks !

I wish there was a better sight verity on level 2 traders
Yeah outside of the tac30 barter you're pretty limited
I think they should move the barters from level 2 to level 1 and make them purchasable level 2.
@trevormoody7871 that wouldn't be a bad change at all imo.
Yea I hope they add more options. It really shows how limited it is without a flea market.
Early mornin upload 🎉🎉
You know it!

I’ll be honest if you say you havnt seen a cheater yet, you don’t know how to look for it in the first place or don’t have enough experience in Tarkov
