Not really a fix as that's a factory safety feature that is set like that from factory for legal purposes since businesses are legally required to have it that way for safety reasons. If someone thinks it's broken that means they either bought a property or failed to read the owners manual on a new unit where that function is clearly explained.

Their new commercial ops have a whole menu now to set the operation mode, kinda wish they kept the dial instead of hiding it in a menu
