Nice setup, Big Mike. I was heavily involved in reloading back in the 80’s and I enjoyed a semi progressive press actually more than shooting itself. Your equipment looks so strong and solid. Sweet motorized trim, chamfer and brush !
I didn’t have to re-subscribe Mike, it must have carried over my subscription from Quality Sportsman to The Long Shot. Great show. Uncle Frank, USNA 1975. Merry Christmas.
Very good video! One thing will recommend spending the money on is the Area 419 Modular Shellholder! It makes adjusting headspace easier and more consistent.
@@marku123oh man you’re living the dream! The auto trickler is nice, you’ll love that the more time you spend with it. The only thing I don’t like is it’s annoying to get the powder out when you’re done and I don’t have a humidity controlled environment so I have to do it. Happy loading!!
Think the SAC Nexus press is stiff competition, their shellholder setup adds up though. As far as the die setup goes, just as good, takes the same amount of time either way, dies still stay setup. Both are first class products, both are buy once, cry once.
Heck yeah it is! I have been reloading with one since they invented it. 👍🏼

Can’t wait til you see it, you’ll love the new setup!

Interesting, was just reading about that. It makes it so the shell holder is touching the die every time?
@LongShotTactical yes sir! Extremely consistent.
Dude, that press is sweet!
Ok now I’m excited for ups to arrive this afternoon !! 😊
That is very exciting! Hope you enjoy it like I do
@ thank you ! Setting it up is tonight’s project . Just hooked up this auto trickler v4 and that is pretty sweet too.

Yea that one looks pretty cool too. I can’t imagine anyone loading on either press will regret it.
Do you have any cam over with this press?
No it feels pretty linear as far as the force you apply, it just stops when you hit the top of where you have it set, there is no cam over.
