Congratulations on the weight loss. I did the 5 bite diet a few years ago and was dropping weight daily. I gained 8 lbs recently and I'm back to counting bites again to lose it. I can't do 5 bites twice a day so I'm going to do 8 - 10 bites 3 times a day.

Love your Weighloss Videos! Are you still doing 5 bites of fruits/ Veg. Or just 10 bites of anything 2× per day?
