தோல்விகள் பல தொடர, முயற்சியையும் நம்பிக்கையையும் துணையாகக் கொண்டு கிடைக்கும் வாய்ப்புகளை எல்லாம் பயன்படுத்தத் தொடங்கினார். தனது தொடர் முயற்சியின் பலனாகக் கிடைத்த வெற்றிதான் ரேடியோ ஜாக்கியாக ஹலோ எப். எம் -ல் தற்போது பணியாற்றிக் கொண்டு பலருக்கு பயன்படும் செயல்களை செய்து வருகிறார்.
இக்காணொளியில் RJ மணி தான் எவ்வாறு இத்தகைய நிலைக்கு உயர்ந்தார் என்றும் அனைவரும் தங்கள் மேல் நம்பிக்கை வைத்து விடாமுயற்சியுடன் போராடினால் எவ்வாறு சாதிக்கலாம் என்றும் எழுச்சிமிகு கூறுகிறார்.

From a Table Cleaner in a Hotel to a Famous RJ in Hello FM Madurai, Mani shares his challenging and successful journey of becoming an RJ.
RJ Mani does the Naalu Mani Vaalu show in Madurai Hello FM station. During his schooling, he began his journey as a table cleaner in a hotel at Madurai. A question followed him throughout his life which he wanted to change my creating an identity to himself. He started to utilize every possible opportunity that he got in his school. Although failures and challenges followed him, he followed his passion of creating an identity to himself. His passion towards any work that he did start to get him to the pathway of Success. He began to explore the hidden talents within him and worked on it.
More than the talents and the certificates he received, his humble understanding of approaching people and passion to create an identity for him took him to a greater height in Life through the interview with Hello FM radio station. Now using his experiences that he came across in his Life, He is helping the present generation in all the possible ways he can, to set their goals towards leading a successful Life.
