When Justices of Supreme is impeached, then the Senate President who will preside.

He's already impeached but only acquitted at the senate. The effect of guilty verdict means removal and perpetual disqualification. But you need 2/3 or 66 senators for that so US have never had a President removed thru impeachment.

It happens from time to time. Hell you could probably call it political cycles. In history the conservatives remain entrenched where they have always been and the left becomes more radical to counteract it. The more radical the left gets the more the right digs in. The huge support for the extreme left causes inner party turmoil when the conservatives can’t be beat which in turn causes the far left to retreat to a more moderate base. Conservatism will always be a country’s stable ground to retreat to.
